American Airlines booted a family of three from their flight home after passengers allegedly complained about the group’s body odor. On Wednesday evening, Yossi and Jennie Adler and their 19-month-old daughter were told to get off their plane from Miami to Detroit while they were in the midst of boarding. “All of a sudden, as soon as they took us off, they closed the gate and then they said, ‘Sorry, sir, some people complained you had body odor and we’re not letting you back on,'” Adler told local Florida station WPLG. “We don’t have odor, OK?” Yossi said to a gate agent in a cellphone video. “Nobody here has odor.” American Airlines booted Yossi and Jennie Adler and their 19-month-old daughter from a Miami flight because of their alleged body odor. They were supposedly promised they could collect their luggage from the departing plane; however, according to WPLG, the flight departed with their possessions. “They have our car seat, stroller, everything,” Jennie told the station. “They said they’re taking our stuff off, and they lied,” said Yossi in the video. An American Airlines representative tells Yahoo Lifestyle: “They were asked to deplane after multiple passengers, along with our crew members and Miami airport team, were concerned about the comfort of our other passengers due to the odor. Our team members took care of the family by providing overnight accommodations and meals and rebooking them for the next available flight.” The spokesperson confirms the family members were separated from their suitcases, adding, “Their luggage flew on the original flight to Detroit last night and was waiting for them upon arrival this morning.” On Thursday, the Adlers self-consciously boarded their rescheduled flight. “We stopped several people in the airport and, it’s embarrassing, but we asked them, ‘Do you think we smell? Because we just got kicked off a plane for smelling,’” Jennie told WPLG. “I’m very frustrated,” Yossi told WPLG. “I want them to own up to what really happened and to tell me the truth. What was it?” Source: https://www.yahoo.com/lifestyle/family-removed-plane-fellow-passengers-allegedly-complained-body-odor-185057248.html |

I love this story already! It's been interesting from the beginning ![]() I hope Oscar is not going to make another mistake accepting Sarah back. But OP, please help work on typos like tenses and verbs. I noticed you use 'been' in place of 'being' often. Also help us work on spacing and paragraphs. I strained my eyes to read all through. Help make it easier to read for those of us with sight problems. Good job. Well done! |

I am a graduate of Fisheries, although it was not my preferred course of study. I had to settle for it because I didn't want to rewrite the JAMB exams, but I promised myself to get an additional certification (Finance or Administrative). Since I graduated in 2016, I have not been able to get an ideal job for myself. Got an advice to write the insurance professional exams, with the hope to get trained and employed(now regretting I should have written CIPM or ICAN) . I started the exams in 2017 and passed the first stage and I have just a paper left to pass in the second stage. I have not received one feedback from the insurance companies I applied to. It is overwhelming and discouraging. Anyone with a link to work in an insurance company should please help. Your referrals will be highly appreciated |
You should have told him somewhere rather private. He might as well be admiring you in his thoughts, but telling him how you feel publicly might just seem embarrassing to him, as such he failed to respond. But you don't have to avoid him, just be as friendly as you've been b4 d incident, just be your normal yourself |
walesho:Did you apply for the job? because this invite format is usually used by them... GNLD |

OP thanks o! If someone had randomly asked me what a Euglena is, it would have taken me minutes to remember. Totally forgotten about it! You brought back memories from biology. Science is amazing! |
it's a normal behaviour for a 5-year old 'boy', and almost everyone gets nervous when it comes to exams, no matter how much one has read. You might only need to let him know 'son it's time to read and i dnt want you to be playful'. Take him to the room for his homework (usually a place with less distractions), you could even let him know you might deprive him frm watching his favourite cartoon. I'm sure he'll come around, he's just a baby. We sef do pass that one ![]() |
This is very useful. It's a much needed service on whatsapp, glad it's finally here |
