This is unprofessional conduct for the police... From.the application...it is. like the police are bent on preempting the court order or wanting to be in control of the judgment .which is too bad for the police commission's image and the justice system.

We know that is video evidence of an assault and also there was a trigger from the police officer involved...police are demonstrating a non-professional approach to the whole issue.... because they pray the court to grant them detention of the accused..now, my question is, according to criminal code...quoted....is the offenses bailable?
