It's all happening so fast supreme court this afternoon has given ruling on a reserved ruling earlier reserved two ago in the case filed by Rivers APC and it's candidate Tonye.

Supreme court in a ruling today faulted the judgement of a Rivers high court by Justice Chinwendu Nworgu nullifying all APC congresses and primaries.

In a supreme court ruling delivered today supreme court said APC was not represented in the lower court affirming the earlier appeal court ruling last year that said Magnus Abe and APC acclaimed lawyers were meddlesome interloper and uninvited tombo fly.

Wike sensing the judgement will go the way of APC played a mind and sympathy game yesterday when he said federal government has pencil down 200 judges for intimidation after he claimed that federal government is in possession of CCB forms of judges.

But as learned and members of the bench the appeal court judges led by Justice A.A Gumel was not moved by Wike's mind game because judgement is not gotten by sentiment or sympathy but by proofs and evidences before the judges.

Port Harcourt agog as appeal court sitting in Port Harcourt has asked INEC to include APC in 2019 ballot for governorship, senatorial, house of representatives and house of assembly elections.

The appeal court led by Justice A.A Gumel gave his judgement as the three man appeal panel granted APC and it's governorship candidate Tonye Cole the stay off execution of a federal high court judgement mandating INEC to exclude all APC candidates in February 16th and March 2nd election.

This is coming on the heels that APC presidential campaign for women organised by Aisha Buhari will be holding in Port Harcourt on Tuesday 5th February 2019 and APC presidential campaign to land in Port Harcourt on Thursday 7th February.

A BRIEF VICTORIOUS HISTORY OF CHIBUIKE ROTIMI AMAECHI, THE LEADER OF SOUTH SOUTH APC*

In 1988 - 89 when the young star *Rt. Hon Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi* contested to be the S.U.G President in Uniport, he won the 1st election but the school authority cancelled it, he won the 2nd election again it was cancelled. The third election was then fixed which involved all school authorities, commissioner of education and military administrator of Rivers State then were all present and witnessed the election, for the 3rd time Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi won the election and became the S.U.G President of Uniport.

In 1992-1993 he was a member of NRC party when he traveled to his home town to seek for vote for Ada George and Peter Odili under the party NRC for Governorship election, the people picked offence that he has come to destroy their Ikwerre brother Chief Eric Asor, who was contesting for same election of which they almost killed him but God willing he escaped death.

The people who rescued him took him to Ada George and Odili to show them what Amaechi people did to him, then Ada George gave a Prophesy to the people that they will see what Amaechi will become in the future and Ada George became the Governor of Rivers State and made Amaechi the S.A student Affairs while Odili made him P.A to the Deputy governor.

From 1998-1999 he went to his constituency in Ikwerre LGA to seek for support for RSHA to represent them under PDP. He contested with Uche Okwukwu and INEC declared Uche Okwukwu the winner to represent them in Rivers State House Assembly(RSHA) but Amaechi proceeded to election tribunal to seek for justice because the election was marred by irregularities and malpractices.

He lost in the tribunal to Uche Okwukwu but also proceeded to appeal court to still seek for justice he then got his victory at the appeal court and was declared the member to represent Ikwerre constituency in the RSHA. He was made the speaker of the Assembly and was elected as the chairman of Speakers conference of Nigeria for 8 years (1999 – 2007)


Again, in 2006 the young star went to pick the form to contest for the position of Governor of Rivers State, he contested with Austin Opara who later stepped down for him in a campaign rally at shark Stadium. Martins Yellow and others contested the primary with him.

Finally Amaechi defeated them in the primaries and emerged the flag bearer of the party PDP. As the flag bearer of the party when the party was to hand the flag to its guber candidates the then president, president Olusegun Aremu Mathew Obasanjo (the owu) said that the guber primaries of Rivers State has K-leg so will not hand him the flag.

Amaechi was shocked but proceeded to court to seek for justice and got his justice at the Federal High Court by God’s grace as the authentic flag bearer of the party, the matter proceeded to appeal and finally the supreme court where he also got the Judgment as the Party (PDP) candidate for Rivers State and the governor elect of Rivers State on the 25th October 2007 and on the 26th of October he was sworn in as the governor of Rivers State by Justice Iche Ndu.

Again, in 2011 after his re-election as the governor of the state for 2nd term he became the unopposed chairman of Nigeria Governors forum (NGF). In 2013 when he contested again to be the chairman of NGF it was as if the Amaechi has committed a sin no one has committed on this earth.

Then the sitting president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and his wife didn’t know that the natural leader Amaechi was a gift from God to our ethnic nationality and they went ahead to use all the federal powers to make sure that he was not re-elected as the chairman NGF but they were all disappointed, the cabals of FG were all disappointed and Amaechi was re-elected with 19 votes while Governor Jonah Jang of Plateau State as the contestant got 16 votes, so our young star, the south-south leader became the chairman NGF for the 2nd term. (Remember PDP maths of 16 is greater19)

Thereafter the same cabals (FG) instructed the Alhaji Bamanga Tukur, National Party chairman of PDP to suspend him along with Gov. Aliyu Wamako of Sokoto State, but later on Aliyu Wamako’s suspension was lifted while Amaechi remained suspended, then the cabals in the Presidency tries to arrogate the power of God to remove him as the governor of the state at all cost by bringing in Joseph Mbu as the commissioner of police in the state and he started harassing Amaechi everywhere by blocking his convoy and disrupting his campaigns at that time.

The cabals also move to use five law makers to illegally remove him and again they were disappointed by God. Amaechi is indeed a child of God. After all the Struggle he remained the chairman NGF and governor of Rivers State. He handed over NGF to Abdul Azeez Yaro(governor of Zamfara State)

When the party refuses to lift his suspension in 2014, G7 was formed by him namely Rabiu Kwankwaso (Kano) Aliyu Wamako (Sokoto) Abdul Fatai Ahmad (Kwara) Murtala Nyako (Adamawa) Babangida Aliyu (Niger) Sule Lamido (Jagawa) that finally buried PDP but only him and other 4 governors decided to join the All Progressive Congress they later became G5 after 2 governors pulled out from joining APC but these joined him;

* Rabiu Kwankwaso (Kano State)

* Murtala Nyako (Adamawa State)

* Aliyu Wamako (Sokoto State)

* Abdul Fatai Ahmed (Kwara State)


Amaechi was one time described to be like a tree that makes a forest by formal military head of state Ibrahim Babangida when he was receiving an award in Lagos State.

Almed Asiwaju BolaTinubu (National leader of the APC) has once also describe him as one who solves politics like Arithmetic’s. Furthermore, while in APC in 2014 he was made the campaign Director general of Muhamadu Buhari at his emergence as the presidential candidate of the party (APC)

It became the 1st in the history of Nigeria where an opposition party defeated the ruling party in the election as lead by Amaechi the Director General of Buhari campaign team of the Party then in 2015.
This is to tell you that Amaechi is a child of God and destined for victories.

Again, in 2015 when he was nominated to be a minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria he was to be screened in the senate but all the three senators in Rivers State and all the house of representative members of PDP petitioned him, alleging that he is corrupt therefore should not be screened.

Also the state government formed a judicial panel of enquiry to investigate him. Livingstone Wechie wrote to the red chamber not to screen our Amaechi that he is corrupt unknowing to them the judicial panel of enquiry headed by justice Emereji have made a research and discovered that Amaechi was not corrupt therefore he was not indicted.

This enabled the senate to now proceed with the screening and he was screened and was vindicated. By God’s grace also he scaled through and became the minister of transportation Federal Republic of Nigeria.

NJC to sacked Tanko in dreams. The federal government have settled for Justice Tanko Muhammad, if NJC does not want to be ridiculed let them not accept Tanko, when the constitution also gives the president the right to accept or reject NJC recommendation.

Just like Magu's case senate rejected his confirmation and is still their as acting for almost 4yrs.

NJC recommend any other person apart from Tanko and see how Tanko will be acting CJN until 2023 he reaches 70yrs of retirement.

Even in NJC meeting today it's not looking good from what i am hearing for Onnoghen, NJC trying to save face by asking Onnoghen to resign so that they'll say NJC recommends resignation of Onnoghen since the president only suspended him because they know with time president Buhari will up his game and sack Onnoghen when he wins re-election so as NJC lets act quickly before PMB rubbishes us and render us useless.

Onnoghen my sincere advise is just accept it in good faith and go home even if you get judgement today the federal government will not abide by the judgement.

Justice Ayo Salami got judgement from federal high court to appeal and then supreme for reinstatement not only that NJC also cleared him of all the charges and recommended for him to be reinstated too did Goodluck Jonathan the person that sacked him reinstate Ayo Salami till he left office.

A whole elected governor of Anambra state Chris Ngige was adopted by a federal government of OBJ heaven didn't fall.

Ask your grandfather if the way and manner Onnoghen was removed by Buhari is constitutional. If in 1994 same tactics were employed, there would have been no Kayode Eso panel and your grandfather would have no stories to tell.

My grandfather said since NJC has refused to do in house cleansing then Executive will do it for them.

The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen is facing the battle of his political carreer. He was one of the judges indicted for corruption and recommended for dismissal by the the Justice Kayode Eso Panel set up by the Sani Abacha military regime to probe incessant allegations of judicial corruption in 1994.

Justice Onnoghen was then a judge in the Cross River State high court where he was accused of selling justice to the highest bidder. Luckily for Justice Onnoghen he had been promoted to the Court of Appeal when the implementation of the recommendation of the Eso Panel was carried out against only judges of high courts across the country.

As the leopard never changes its colour Justice Onnoghen has continued with corrupt practices. The judge has not been able to account for the millions of Naira, Pounds Sterling, Dollars and Euros in his bank accounts. The money is so much for a serving judge that Justice Onnoghen did not declare some of his bank accounts as required by law.

Hence, the Chief Justice was charged with failure to false declaration and failure to declare his assets containing hundreds of over $3 million of dollars before the Code of Conduct Tribunal last week. It has also been alleged that for 18 months the Chief Justice did not withdraw from his salary account, suggesting that he was spending bribe money.
