Politics › Re: Buhari Should Provide A Copy Of His Certificate - Fred Agbaje by kernel504(m): 11:15am On Jan 08, 2015
deemdeem:

Yes anybody can walk in and seek for affidavit but if ur affidavit is proven to be false u are at risk of years in jail because u lied under oath.
The electoral law didn't state that u should be convinced neither did it say that it should be displayed. What Buhari has done has fully complied with what the law states.
You have shown ur hatred for the General and it will be obviously foolish for him to show ur kind who won't have any electoral value for him his private property so u see, u what u can do is to continue to shout aimlessly. The General continue to wax stronger.
Sorry... Did you say he has no business showing ''people like me with no electoral value'' ? I've learnt not to hurl insults on others on the ground that they don't share in my opinion, but remember he's been running up and down seeking my little vote.
You said ''The electoral law didn't state that people should be convinced neither did it say that it should be displayed'' , is the people that vote, not electoral laws, thanks.
One last thing, you fail to address issues, rather you resort to abuses, but remember, Nigerians are reading through our posts.

Sensible Nigerians knows the legal ramifications of what an affidavit is.
Sensible Nigerians know what the electoral law states and what Buhari has done.
Sensible Nigerians knows that Buhari has complied fully with the electoral law.
Sensible Nigerians knows what to do if they want Buhari to take a step further to do beyond the electoral law by publicly publishing his certificate which is to go to court.
Ranting here on NL won't acheive such.
Did you say ''legal ramifications'', look, so affidavits has now been converted to certificate, anybody can walk into any of our local courts and obtain affidavits. Ordinarily, if it were personal matters, good. But the public needs to be convinced.
Am sorry to say this, l find it hard to understand Buhari when he speaks english, secondly his economic analysis wacks... I was shocked, when he said he will change cruel oil price.
Jonathan, is not better considering his weakness towards tackling corruption.

Buhari has already provided an affidavit stating where those certificates are.
Inec received the affidavit and has no objection so far.
NA that was referenced in the affidavit also has no objection with it.
If buhari intend Lying, will it be wise to use the Nigerian army to lie?
If any fool desire to see it, such should go to court and ask the court to compel buhari to show it to them.
Buhari is on the side of the law of the land.
No qualms.
Above all, the General is waxing stronger by the day.
Am not supporting Jonathan, but then, as long this saga last... Nigerians are not buying these whole trash of Buhari's original certificate been held by the military, what did he use to contest in previous elections ?.
I've never seen any organisation(s) keeping original copies of her employee's documents.

I am so disappointed in Nigeria Christian leaders, the rate at which they get involved in political issues is alarming.
I wonder why their Muslim counterpart don't spew trash about politics same way they do.
What's Boko Haram? Since Muslim clerics are not involved in Nigerian politics.

all these na story for the gods.
Is it that hard for buhari to show us his certificate?.. this means that all these years buhari has been using mago mago to contest in elections but this time,it seems his luck has ran out..
No organisation to the best of my knowledge, keeps the original certificate of her employee(s).
The question is, since when have the military been with his certificate, and what has he been using in place of his original copy all these while.

If he sang exactly that anytime he's on the mic, then yea, I will call him wack. Bragging about money (that u dnt have), cars (u probably borrowed for ur music vid), banging gals and drinking all de liquor in de world is a chore to listen to. And these wacky dudes deliver these themes in de most unintelligible way ever. If it appeals to you, I got no p with that (heck! I love bands like metallica and nirvana), but if by any way u then label it as good music or the rappers as "greatest rappers", like those f****ing fanboys do, then I think you need to be enlightened...
l've always maintained this philosophy, ''that definition is personal'', am not a fan of 2Pac, but he's a rap legend.
Secondly, am a fan of decent R & B, l love Lionel Riche,John Legend and James Blunt.
Nobody is asking Mode 9 to use the F word in his songs, but rather make commercial songs, the people making this request are his fans
Music/Radio › Re: “i’m Not Hungry But I’m Not Very Comfortable” – Mode Nine by kernel504(m): 6:13pm On Dec 26, 2014
KazukiIto:
By calling him a 'rascal' I meant his musical persona not him as a person. Ya Olamide is more sellable, just like Lil'wayne will bemore sellable compared to say, KRS-ONE or Immortal Technique. U knw why? Simply, because our generation (noughties till 2014) for some reason, like trash... They are very comfortable hearing these 'bubble-gum' rappers (calling themselves MCs) spit wack and call it hip hop. And worse of all, in the most unintelligible way. Yea 'trash talk' is in vogue nw, just like same-sex and other whatnots goin on. U get ma drift?
Music is defined as organised noise that is pleasing to the ear. So... The people define what suits them, not the dictionary or Mode 9. The hip hop legend 2pac, cannot be compared to mode 9 ,yet he has this line in his lyrics .

''They just don't give a Bleep I gotta give my Bleep offs Bleep you to the San Fransisco police department
Bleep you to the Marin County Sheriff department
Bleep you to the F.B.I
Bleep you to the C.I.A
Bleep you to the B-u-s-h
Bleep you to the AmeriKKKa Bleep you to all you redneck prejudiced motherfuckers
And Bleep yah
Bleep Y'all
Punk, gay, sensitive, little-dicked bastards
2paclypse mutha fuckin' know
Y'all can kiss my ass and suck my dick And my uncle Tommy's balls
Bleep Y'all
Punks, punks, punks, punks, punks''
So are you calling 2Pac wack too?

So modo should start rocking commercial songs like em Olamide and those other rascals?
Did you call Olamide rascal ? Look am not a fan of Olamide, but calling his rascal is blindness in totality, Mode 9 and Olamide who is more sellable?

Do you in any way understand "true art"?
Sorry can you tell me anything that doesn't undergo ''transition'' or better still upgrade. There's this saying, that ''change is constant''... Even your so called True Art is subject to change to make it better.
Music/Radio › Re: “i’m Not Hungry But I’m Not Very Comfortable” – Mode Nine by kernel504(m): 10:37pm On Dec 23, 2014
KazukiIto:
Ya Mode9, most Nigerians don't dig real hip hop. But I gots to respect ya for staying true to ur art and not sellin' out.
''Not selling out'' what ? Look Hip hop is America not Nigeria, so if a people do not want to embrace a thing, simply change if you want there attention.
Remember, music in American is revolutionalizing too, at one point it was classical music, now is Hip hop or R&B.

Young man don't be deceived, did you say Chinese Companies? Tell me the longest bridge in the world located in China was built by Julius Berger? It was a Chinese company.
Think like an adult, the price is 300% inflated.
In governance we need to shun party affiliation, and talk about our common interest.

I've been on both sides of the field, and so ... Am seeing the situation better. The guy is a shy guy, and for you to bring out the best in him, hide your ego, make him feel free, make him feel secured by your words and actions.
When a man meets a woman he can't afford to loss, he losses his confidence and becomes too conscious. But a man feels free, when nothing is at stake.
One thing is certain, he loves you.

Sir, we are no more in military era. I will like to vote the likes of Pat Utomi, Nuhu Ribadu, Fashola, Duke Donald and Okorocha Rochas irrespective of the party going by there pedigree.
We are far away from reality, the only state striving electioneering on intellectual platform is Lagos.
Listen to Jimi Agbaje speak or FFK, you will see reasons to study hard.
