Sorry bro, guess they wanted to make sure you are well able to foot all your bills without working since you are the primary sponsor. Sorry one again. Meanwhile, i didn't see any 2yrs course nursing related on flinders university, can you help me out please, got an admmission with them got Msn but its not up to 2yrs. MACDONALDuzoma: My dear Country people, I give God the Glory for the outcome of the Visa Application today. I was refused. In this forum, i have met good people yet i have not seen them yet. I am pleased the way we render advice and assistance here for the betterment of us. Prior now, i was emotionally moved when Embassy requested for SOA from an applicant here, he reached out to me because we were talking before then, i transferred 4.2 million Naira, even when i have not seen or met him . He is a man of integrity, he transferred back the money after he was done (in two weeks). Until now, i have not seen or met him though we talk on daily basis. ALBION can attest to me
I have always said that whatever the outcome would be, it is actually the Mind of God in my life and i will proceed without regrets. i am 30 years old, i think i tried to perfect my application even have in excess the required funds. DIPB today changed the goal post that i (sponsor) must have the two years tuition before visa will be granted in my favour.
My tuition fee is 29,100 AUD ( Nursing, Graduate entry, Flinders University ) I paid exactly half of the tuition fee and was issued COE and Had 11.2MILLION NAIRA as a balance in my account and presented such to the DIBP. I have attached my refusal letter for your reading. Please new applicants take note of this.
Seriously, let us always try to have options and pray for the best Option to happen. we can be great anywhere and anyday. (Next step is marriage and also going for PhD in medical Physiology in South Africa as i have full scholarship for the program. Was actually lazying around because of this decision.
Gracias ppl |

You need to see this lawyer's SOP. When i read am finish, i simply told myself i didnt go to school a nice person also Amy3090: For intended applicants, please everything about this process is as sanctioned by God, yet we as human have to put in so much efforts.
If you intend to apply anytime soon, I might not be a guru but I must tell you that this process took me two solid years. Infact I was cleared for visa by the UNE but I dropped it at the point when I was asked to write ielts instead of pte for them to forward my visa cos the Sch is an streamlined visa Sch. I got used to the oz immi website and found dt as a lawyer an LLM program might not add much value to me in the end. I immediately switched to my now preferred course of study which is not really related to my previous study in the plain sense of it. I remembered belonging to a lot of organizations such as the Red Cross and conferences I’ve attended in the past in human rights bc that’s my passion. I then wrote a very simple but convincing SOP. Convinced immi about my reason for a switch in career and it’s relationship with my previous study. I read the overview of my intended study and mastered everything about it on the internet, I made sure my choice course wasn’t popular in Nigeria and so wasn’t offered by most Uni in naija. I stated it in clear terms that I was returning to Nigeria to practice my new acquired skills and I tried to find a nexus with the recent unrest in naija(boko haram and herdsmen) issues.
My sponsor wasn’t my dad’s direct brother. He was just his cousin. God took control.
Oz want to be sure you genuinely want to study and not abscound. |

Sorry bro, put yourself together. One error i see here also is that your choice of Msc course is totally unrelated to your Bsc, to the best of my knowledge, thats a redlight. Well, maybe the gurus will have better explanation for you. Sorry once again olamitunposi: I’ve just been refused... I’m really sad, after making me wait for this long... She could only refused me cause of my home ties, that I’m 28 and not married that my siblings are all married and they aren’t strong enough reason for me to come back.
That I’ve not rectify the reasons I was denied Canadian study permit twice and a UK visitors Visa, even after showing I was later granted the visa and went to the UK and back. Note; I supplied her my refusals details. And economic situation of applicant home country I studied Agricultural Economics and Extension (2014). Going for Msc Project Management. She just ruined my day and her name is Bianca. Please how many weeks does it take to refund tuition deposit back? |

It shall end in praise Even if they don't reverse their decision, urs shall be an exception IJN, the application fee and sleepless nights can not just go like that Albion05: Am on it. I have involved a Lawyer!.. The Bank demanded for the refusal letter which we have sent it to them to see the exact word the embassy used!.. sent all the 8 pages of the refusal letter to them. |

you get sense i thought i was the only one noticing pdf poor service. Amy3090: Timeline
Visa applied on the 23rd of Oct, 2017
I submitted medical before submitting visa so I can’t remember when now.
*biometrics on the 24th of oct, 2017 *on the 3rd of Jan,2018 CO requested for additional documents (updated soa, I sent both sponsors own and mine) I also sent an affidavit of financial support and sponsor’s Houston drivers license to prove that he genuinely want to sponsor me. I also accompanied it with a signed written agreement from an OZ house agent stating that money has been paid to arrange my accommodation as soon s visa is granted.
*on the 28th of Jan,2018, CO requested for a signed authorization letter from all the shareholders in my sponsor’s company for the business funds to be used to sponsor me and a proof of the business registration. In reaction, I sent the letter and I noticed there has been changes in our company’s CAC paperworks due to shares reallotment. This is bc I already sent DIBP all the company’s papers, so I figured they must have investigated and found that some of the shareholders ain’t with the company anymore. So I motorized all the CO2,CO7 and reallotment notices, I also included the certificate of incorporation I earlier sent before now since oct last year.
*i wrote them an email on the 17th day of feb, 2018 with the caption “compelling reasons and peculiar circumstance”. In the email, I stated that as an international student I can only get into my course of study in the 1st commencement and that I have long logged my application. I also stated that I know they might have loads of applications to assess at a time but mine should be treated in the light of it’s peculiarity. They replied on Monday to say my information has been taken to the co for their actions/considerations.
*i called them today but didn’t get through to them.
* at about 1:43 pm today, I got my grant.
I pray for all visa hopefuls, God in Hos infinite mercies shall deliver your visas to you. I did this whole process on my own, after a friend of mine helped me secure this admission, I abandoned the money I paid to pfl bc of their poor services and started this process all on my own. Every step and every document I logged on my win, opened my immi account and did everything on my own using our office equipments... I am sure to advise correctly. |

And they certainly will, with your kind of enthusiasm as a nurse, your impact would have been felt in Nig, but since they no want us, we must surely take our services to where it is needed Albion05: @Justwise, I made appeal to them with all the revelant documents and the Bank will still do same on my behalf via my sponsor as their customer. Is also good that one contact laywer for legal and proper advice which he has done in my case. My prayer and wish is that they re-consider their stand. |

Yes i can't sue any country for refusal but i can sue them for false accusations or something similar, anyways, am not asking him to sue, i only used that to buttress the possibility of taking some legal steps. justwise: You are wrong, you can’t sue any country for refusing you a visa or banning you but you can appeal the ban if there is a provision for that. Any country has the right to turn you back at the Poe even with valid visa and there is nothing you can do about it. |

Please whats up with this regional university thing, am i save, working towards Western Sydney University ideamaster: The whole of Northern Territory is listed as regional or low population growth metropolitan areas. As far as the campus you are studying is in NT, you should be able to claim studying in a regional area, if that's what you are after.
The places that other guy mentioned are regional areas in Victoria. |

@Albion05[b]
Take calm your nerve bro, in conjunction with justwise advice, please do take time to go through your documents again, you never can tell what you missed, still go ahead with the legal proceedings, even countries can sue and be sued, hence, legal proceedings is allowed(here i disagree with justwise and SantaClause advice),the refusal, its their right but the ban, its not, they have only called you fraudulent by banning you and that is only a measure taken when its has been proven beyond every reasonable doubt that some documents you submitted were fake.
[b]@Amy3050
Please oo, no go crash before the grant show for it must surely come.

thanks nurseafrica: What course were you offered. Bsc or msc. I guess your A BNSC holder and they gave you MSN. MSN is the most useless course if u want to register with Australia board of nursing. It's hard to change to a good program even after 6months. Reasons being that DHA=DIBP has officially stopped downgrading from higher AQF courses to lower AQF courses. Google . Downgrading ban from higher AQF to Lower AQF by DIBP.good day guys please i just discovered that my admission with uni of western sydney will not qualify me to register with OZ board of nursing. please i will like to know if it will be possible to exit the program after the 1st semester for another uni that will give such opportunity, thanks |
