This is just simple, medical position needs professionals, hence open to all because most person's professional in these fields are southerners. What exactly is wrong in calling for applications from all qualified applicants living in Anambra state irrespective of their state of origins? Wow so Lagos and Anambra are now at par. The Lagos was former capital still enjoying privileges as a capital, Anambra is 100% self propelled city state and not a federal or former federal capital.
