Maybe, Just maybe, Mother Nature does want smart guys to fail with women. That way, they get to be free from distractions and dramas that are associated with the fairer sex, thereby channeling their intelligence in coming up with inventions that improve the standard of living of humans. |

Politics › Re: Toni Iwobi Elected In Italy As First Black Senator by KevinDein: 2:57pm On Mar 07, 2018 |
Obi1kenobi: No, sunshine. I never defended "my shithole". I attacked your moronic attempts to dissociate Igbos from the shithole. A world of difference, but you could never be accused of being strong on comprehension. Present anywhere here I defended Nigeria. No? Thought not. I guess when your arguments are blown to smithereens, brazen fabrications and distortions becomes the new line of defense.
It doesn't matter whether you take the title as an "insult" or not. Reality remains what it is. Except you were born and lived your life in America, which I highly doubt but which you'll probably claim when we can't verify it, that is what you are - a Nigerian. There is no existing entity like Biafra. Neither is being Igbo somehow mutually exclusive from your Nigerian identity. The entirety of the Igbo ancestral homeland falls within Nigeria's borders.
And no, your people haven't been "fighting" anything. A bunch of internet, chest-beating cretins doesn't qualify as the plurality of your people. During the months of Kanu-led IPOB madness, there was not one single prominent Igbo son (politicians and administrators and prominent royal fathers and armed forces chiefs and industrialists and businessmen and corporate executives and technocrats and renowned academics and literary icons and entertainers and sportsmen etc) who came out in support of the deluded cause. Basically, the movers and shakers of Igbo society who knew what they stood to lose kept mute while okada riders, 2X2 shop owners, unemployed youths and roadside touts were disturbing the peace. There was the funny newspaper interviews in Alaba market where Igbo store owners came out in opposition to the noise-making IPOB yoots, while their apprentices and errand boys, out of sight from their ogas, were the ones voicing support. The day Igbos truly want to leave this country, it would be made a practical reality when wide grassroots support is mobilized. And would be made a practical reality when millions of Igbos start investing in their homeland.
A typical example of his comprehension issues. You see why I called you a witless clod? I made a statement about blacks being just as racist as whites, but due to being on the lower strata in the global power dynamics, they are less in a position to oppress others (others obviously meaning other races) than whites, which is the reason most are more preoccupied with white racism. The very reason I said blacks are just as racist as anyone is because they are more than willing to oppress each other as African ethnic squabbles, xenophobic unrests, genocides and civil wars prove. That you think you were somehow educating me on that is some funny ass shiit. You would do well in stand-up comedy.
It's funny you talk about how Nigerians are perceived abroad with their "sharp" activities and yet, it doesn't quite register that the activities of Igbos are probably as big a contribution as any to that perception. Asians and South Africans and Brazilians etc think Nigerians are all drug peddlers because of Igbos, your master race of niggas that don't belong in Nigeria with the rest of the savages.
And no Anioma was rebuilt from any destruction in the civil war. Yeah, houses here and there were affected, civilians were massacred by Murtala Mohammed, but the Biafran war was largely about a bunch of rifle-wielding incompetent Nigerian soldiers taking almost 3 years to put down the insurgency of rag-tag, poorly armed, poorly trained Biafran soldiers, some of who were marching in parades with bamboo poles and cassava sticks. There was very little mechanized warfare to really cause serious damage. The biggest infrastructural harm to the East was Biafran soldiers destroying their own Niger Bridge to stop Nigerian soldiers from crossing. Your Anioma homeland is as much a shithole as much of the country is. So tone down the chest-beating horseshit.
And like I said, I'm concerned for your health the way you're frothing in the mouth like a rabid dog in your bitterness and rage. The more laughable part is using laughter emoticons while raging like a rabid dog. Ndo nwanne. Away from the topic, do you post comments on guardianuk football forum? I've seen comments in that forum from a moniker that sounds just like yours (his is actually ObiwanKenobi) with a similar writing pattern (which I'm a fan of) |

Lana1: Is only an Arsenal fan that ll try to drag other clubs with their useless club. Ur club didnt just become useless like u're suggesting. Ur team has been shît for 13 years now. Went trophyless for 9 out of those 13 years. But United trying to bounce back to the top ve still won 3 within 5 years since SAF's retirement. Abeg find another club to drag with shît club. Maybe Liverpool or Spurs. Not United.
Well nobidy would ve said anything if u finish in top 4 and actually won trophies. But Arsenal will finish 4th, end up trophyless and still celebrate it. That's the difference!! Still doesn't change the fact that your club Man Utd have been shitttier than Arsenal in the past few years. Arsenal and Man Utd, both shiiit clubs, the latter just happens to be shitttier. Let's enjoy our day bro. |

Lana1: We finished above United FC. Use it to enter top 4 na. Rubbish!! Actually the point is a team that is the butt joke of everyone, Arsenal, has been finishing above the so called great Man Utd. Brings into light how the media downplay the failures of Man Utd, Spurs and Liverpool. The stick and bashing Arsenal gets, you'd think those three clubs have been doing better in the last few years. At the emboldened, when Arsenal have been finishing in the top four for 21 solid years, everyone had us believed that that wasn't an achievement and only winning trophies counted. I wonder why the sudden shift in goal post |

I know Arsenal is shiit these days but so have Man Utd; and that's after they have spent similar amount of money as City. It is totally hilarious how fans of Manchester Utd like pretending like they've are not shiiit. They are shiiittt and have been for a while. harmbhrosz: oga nothing about hype is silly...
This is the FIRST black superhero movie that was produced by Marvel, and what kind of hype were you expecting.
Even the most hype about the movie is on social media and it's coming from people that have seen it. Meaning there is public acceptance for the movie so what exactly are you saying.
If you don't like something it's not a must you make a negative comment about it, hard working professionals in the world put all their time and energy to bring this movie to reality at least appreciate the hype behind their hard work
And by the way you still haven't explained how an over hyped movie is expected to meet your expectations The thing is most of these guys screaming over hyped or overrated can't even explain how exactly the movie is over hyped. I mean this is a movie that got a rating of 97% by the notoriously stingy, yet well respected Rotten Tomatoes. I'd take that assessment over those of Freeze and his likes. I think some people just think sounding or appearing different from a crowd make them seem intelligent. It's not always the case and this proves it. |
