It can’t even really come down because exchange rate wasn’t the only reason it went up. It was already going up before exchange rate went up and aggravated it. The main reason of the rise, is the high import duty followed by too many middle men between sellers and buyers, who also add unreasonable amount to the actual price of cars. Again, the greed of some dealers knows no bound.

If you use the civic to ply the bad roads and it triumph I don't see why the Accord won't do well there also. But you can go for a CRV just to have more ground clearance with a bit of fuel economy

Don't forget government cannot do everything hence we have governor's and local government are meant to do those things as for federal government cannot know all d problems in a particular region .

TAKE NOTE we have 36 states these states have local government also they have LCDA so your governor and local government chairman should be held responsible and not the federal government ..


because the president cannot know all these states problems all at a time

Minimum of what?? Different vehicles use different types of conversion kits.

Kits from places like India and China are cheaper than those from Germany and Poland, for small vehicles. Oga, abeg rest.

Cost depends on the type of vehicle being converted. Different types of conversion kits are used for different models of vehicles. OEM conversion kits cost, is also different from one another.

So the cost of conversion kits & labour, varies.

At the current conversion rate of 1.1m for a 4 cylinder engine . It's not worth it

If it comes back to 400k as it was in December last year . Then we can try it .

He will only give you the price in USD, and not in naira, so that people will not easily be able to get clarity on the costs.

There is NO component of the CNG conversion kit, that is manufactured locally.

How much do people earn? That they will spend over half a million or more to convert their vehicles?

Gazzuz is just promoting his new found business.

He is not interested in whether it is a sustainable solution or not.

I advise people always to do a dual-fuel conversion that can use both CNG and petrol, and NOT a mono-fuel conversion that uses only CNG.

Otherwise, if CNG runs out in your car and you are far from an Autogas CNG station, you will be stranded on the road.

Just rent a towing van when this happens to you....

The major problem of CNG is dat it's takes hours to fill. Between 4 to 8hours unlike petrol that I can fill my tank within 5mins.


We need better option jare.
