Science/TechnologyWhats Your View On Nairaland (forum) App? by khalebzy(op): 6:02pm On May 11, 2015
Personally as for me i think the Nairaland Forum App should be something more detailed instead of its simple or basic programme.
From my reasoning, i feel some extra features should be added to the app instead of it re directing you to another browser. There should be stuffs like
*Chat medium(One on One)
*Page about Seun Osewa and his Mods
and the likes

Also the App is sometimes slow in delivering notifications, as this should also be improved.

Goodday NLdeRs

CrimeMy Experience With Hoodlums Last Night by khalebzy(op): 10:04am On May 06, 2015
indeed last night was one bitter night i would never forget in my life as i was totally dumbfounded about what happened to me.It went like this;
On my way back from work around 9pm i noticed the street i was walking down home was kind of in a blackout...i was just walking on my own being extra careful and mind alerted, the next thing i saw was a group of guys, drunk i guess cause they just finishd a party and it ended with a fight which i heard of later today. One of the guys just hit me saying*Taleleyi* meaning who is this?, immediately i knew something wasnt right, sharpaly i took to my heels and started running as fast as i can screaming *Help me help me help me oh* But no one came to my rescue.Fortunately unfortunately for me, i saw a guy i usually see on the streets when going to work, and i believed he should know me, i ran to meet him thinking as he is one of them he could help me out, Gbam! i received a heavy slap from him, i continued running still i slipped and fell down. There, the guys covered me started beating me like i was a theif, some were stoning me while the others were busy searching my pockets and bags. In - short, I really struggled to get out of their midst with my tablet phone and continued on my run till i ran into a compound then discovered my wallet was gone. So sad, very painfull. I got home weak that night and was thanking God for my life because it wasnt worse than this.

Word of Advice
*My people be very carefull and avoid anything suspicious on your way especially at night
*Always pray to your God
*Learn how to run, as me knowing how to run helped a great deal
*And lastly, avoid keeping late nights

Below are few pictures of injury i sustained

I am not in support of bleaching but a more annoying thing is the fact that, some of them don't know when to stop. You see one chic who is supposed to be beautiful having the colors of the rainbow all over her body. One side becomes red, another pink, another green... Looking like light spectrum.
it becomes addictive. How i wish this would hit FP so some ladies wud see this

To some it's just a simple cosmetic practice like applying make up or wearing hair extensions. To others it is a way to boost self worth thinking all fair girls are attractive and all black girls are just plain.

To me, it is just unnecessary. The very guy who applauds and adores you for your artificial skin color will be disgusted when things get out of hand.
Thats just it!
For me the moment i found out a lady bleached mehhn im turned off

I could be wrong but most ladies I know who bleach have a particular smell under the heat. The smell overwhelms their perfume/body spray (once they stay under the sun for long). Not an offensive smell but really nauseating one.

To me, I think such people have a deep rooted insecurity problem. They think the only way guys would notice them is if they fry themselves.

Such ladies would be embarrassed once they get to Yankee and are asked 'I thought you said you had both black parents, so how come you look pale?
Gbam!!!

In a bid to look more Beyouceeing and Rihannalized, most Nigerian Ladies Tend to Bleach out the outer Most layer of their skin, forgetting that not matter how bright you look, you can never look brighter than your future. This post isnt meant to condemn or point fingers, but looking at it, the rate in which this Bleaching saga is heading towards, is nothing to write home about. You know a girl when she is 18, you know quite well she is dark, but by the time she gets to 20, 21, you see her sparkling with artificial texture, kilode!
Ladies i want you to always know this;

-Bleaching cream becomes addictive
-you can never go a weak without applying the cream, else you look like a masquerade
-you are most likely to develop a rainbow skin-colour
-you are at a 90% risk of having a skin cancer disease
-At old age, your skin wears off more often
and many more...

In conclusion, let all ladies especially the bleaching experts appreciate their God-given skin colours and look natural, because a good skin colour can never guarantee you a good man.

AwesomelyMade:
The greatest gift on the earth is the ability to communicate Godly wisdom to someone else, hence my respect for genuine pastors!

But as the type of pastors you just mentioned, hmmm! my brother, na only God know who dey truly serve am.

I have just decided to listen to any pastor if he is teaching from God's word, I am now very skeptical about prophecy from their mouths, even though I believe every prophecy in the bible.

I believe in having a personal relationship with God using the bible as my database and source of advice.
most pastors will say this your lifestyle is a sin
Christianity Etc5 Types Of Nigerian Pastors by khalebzy(op): 6:47pm On Apr 22, 2015
Here are the types of Pastors you can find in Nigeria
Hope you enjoy..

THE HOLIER THAN THOU

A.k.a the perfectionist, these set of pastors acts and talk like they have never committed sin. They are  always perfect in their own sight, they never seem to take to corrections and are most likely to be proud.Members of their churches tend to over-hype religious activities and this makes them a very lowlebel of social life.In many cases members are HusbandLess, wifeLess and looking tattered all in the name of serving God.These pastors keeps me wonndering if they ever had sex to give birth to their children.

THE SOJI/JASI PASTORS

Aka *Ride on Pastor* are the type that focus more on their physical appearance, they wear the latest shoes, wrist watches, hair cut etc. These set of pastors mostly attracts to their church we youths of this age because of the youthful frivolities they execute. They intimidate you with their speech eg. "When i was in America, When i was with Bill gates".These pastors are known to be stingy and only give out in order to put their names in the mouth of people. They leave you wondering in the question "are these christ like?"

THE PROPHECY PASTORS

They are called the prophecy pastors or prophets because they are fond of prophecying and conducting diliverance programs.Their churches are mostly filled up by people with afflictions. They can as well make you happy or sad with their prophecies and are referred to as soothsayers by the atheist and non-belivers.Most of them do this in order to gain popularity while some others according to Gods instruction.

THE PREACHERS

Are the ones that are gifted in preaching only, and their churches are filled with big men and women and people with less problem.Lets just say these are pastors meant for the comfortable ones in the society,if you take a Barren or blind person to their church, his/her condition would still be permanent. These set of pastor can use about 90% of church service hour to preach preach and preach.

THE HYPOCRITE PASTORS

These set of pastors cannot be but found in our society today, they carmourflage using Gods name and worship other demi-gods in their bedroom. These pastors are the ones that connotes the bible passage that says "In the End Time, False prophets shall arise..."They commit most of the dreaded attrocities in the church today eg. Fornication,Ritual,Adultery.I wonder if they ever knew that there is a special judgement for them in heaven.

At this point
I drop my Ink
