You need to 1st, then install a custom recovery, after that you need to download and flash a custom ROM and gapps.

You will learn all you need on forum.xda-developers.com, that's also where you will download everything you need.

Chrome for Android doesn't support extensions, so maybe try other browsers that do like Firefox
