I didnt call him throughout that day, but I called today he still asked who is dis, I ignored the question then he hanged up.

You should also think of upgrading the phone, Gionee M5 is upgradable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow, it should fix the problem.

The RAM does not determine the amount of SAD storage the phone supports, your phone may not support up to 32gb SD cards check its specs online to be sure or the memory card may be fake.

Use a Memory card analyzer to check it, you can find some on the Play Store.
