On ETH, I believe, hypothetically, a coach should be able to tweak his formation to fit the profile of players available for a game. You cannot expect the gangly McTominay and shaky Sabinus to give you what Casemiro would give you on the pitch. So it's just common sense to at least switch up and maybe do something different with your midfield combination and playing pattern. But this ETH, as with almost every other seasoned managers, is stubborn. Dem no dé ever change from weytin dem believe in, even if the boys are stinking up the joint like we had yesterday. He should do better.

I'm not sure Sancho would ever cut it in the PL, his weaknesses far outweigh his strengths for a league like this and for a team like ours. It's disappointing though, we had high hopes.
