Romance › Re: Is My Six Year Old Child Smart Or I Should Punish Him? by khia: 11:01pm On Oct 11, 2019*. Modified: 11:25pm On Oct 11, 2019 |
EFULEFU1: For the past month, my six year old child who is primary one has been taking many things from me, saying they have been asked by his school to give their class teacher gifts.
It has been from canned drinks, to biscuits , chocolates etc only for me to discover today that, he was lying to me. He was enjoying the goodies himself.
How should I handle this? The child is a cunning liar, all children lie at times but the cunningness of your child can be harmful. You should have a serious talk with him, tell him it's wrong and why. Don't be harsh when it comes to punishment (if you decide punishment is warranted) remember hes only 6 and is still learning. As far as punishment goes, I would take away his privliledges for a week (video games, TV, toys, no sweets). Whatever you decide please don't take away his meals or beat him, just make sure he understands there are consequences for lying.. |

Satan66: The child is street smart but he's a liar, there's nothing good about being a liar. My best advice for you is to tell the child you found he's lying and as punishment you won't give him food to school for the next 2 weeks ( or money for school food) just to serve as a lesson. Do not flog the child! This won't do anything, might even make the child fear you. I agree with everything you said except the punishment. It is wrong and cruel to starve a child for punishment. It would be better to take away the child's privileges such as video games or television. |

AhlexOfficial: This bus conductor was spotted wearing female-exclusive waist beads somewhere in Lagos State yesterday.
However, some commenters claimed that the waist beads is probably meant for protection while some said its a fighting charm often used by some guys.
Source: https://www.gistablog.com/2019/10/bus-conductor-spotted-putting-on-waist.html That bus conductor is OKNM, it is a she.male member of Nairaland. It trys so hard to be like a woman. It is trying to be sexy for you by showing you it's tantalizing waist. Men of Nairaland that she.male craves your love and attention. Go to it's mentions and give it a nice hello and a flip of the finger. |

habsydiamond: it's a strategy just to make the guy think she's different from the other guys out there... Women have strategies u should know better since u are one. Yes, I am a woman that's why I know that she wasn't interested in him, if she was she wouldn't have cancelled in the first place. It has nothing to do about him thinking she is cheap for going out with him, what kind of guy thinks that? He just threw her a sucker punch that her ego didn't expect when he didn't continue his pursuit of her. It's all about her EGO not LOVE. |

habsydiamond: there are things that comes with age. When a lady keeps rejecting it will get to a certain stage where she won't have any choice because of age to stick with different thinking one would end up marrying her which will end up in disappointment He is one person that she rejected one time, he wasn't entitled to have her. Nigeria way of life is different than the U.S. women aren't desperate and in a hurry to get married so she could be provided for by a husband. She will get married when and if she's ready. |

Are you saying she's whor.ing because she has her own place? If that is what you are saying that's ridiculous. We have jobs so we can afford to take care of ourselves and pay for our own place. We don't need a husband to survive. |

1. The NIGERIAN man was already in the process of starting his business when he asked her out. 2. There is no way he built a house in a week.
3. He already had a lady and was only trying to hit her on the side.
4. If this story is true, things didn't work out like he planned with the new chick so he continued on with his life.
