You saw church of England and you're still asking if he's catholic. You never saw the title of Rev.Fr. attached to his name yet you still asked that question. You read where it was written "Vicar of West Ham parish" and not "Parish priest" yet you asked that same question. Well, to answer your question, he's not a catholic. Catholics don't have vicars.
