Sorry abt d delay, you company as a third-party sponsor is suppose to transfer d funds to ur account, since d school does not accept fees until u arrival ( d VO is really not convince dat ur company Will sponsor ur studys) did ur company attach a gud sponsorship letter, with gud reason y dey choose to sponsor u for a 5years undergraduate program.

Wats d nature of ur job is it related , and how long 've u been working dere, did u include employment & leave letter 2 it, with SOP to articulate ur plans. order ur GCMS file to see if dere is oda tort of d VO dat wasn't tip on d delay slip.
I have decided to pay the tuition before submitting again. Does he have to transfer funds to my account after that as well?
Employment letter was attached to it but a leave letter wasn't. My job is an administrative controller.
How can I order the gcms?

Hello guys. I need advices please. I got a refusal letter yesterday from my study permit application, reasons being, the vo isn't convinced that I have sufficient funds and purpose of visit. I need advice on how I can tackle both of these reasons.
I have no previous degree whatsoever but my waec was in 2012 and I have been working ever since.
My tuition is 15kcad but none of it was paid because the uofw said they don't require any deposit. I also applied for UG pharmacy.
I plan to reapply and I have decided to pay my tuition in full.
My sponsor is my employer and the company's statement of account was submitted for my previous application. In the sponsorship letter he promised to cover my tuition and living expenses. Please I need advice on a possibly more convincing sponsorship letter. Also, can I include a affidavit for the sponsorship letter?

Can I please send you an email?
Austinpee4:
It sure will raise concerns about possibility to do same in canada if they approve your study permit.
If your reasons for previous overstay is cogent enough and indicate it wasn't any fault of yours, you could stand a chance, if not, this Oputa panel will be between you and the VO.

So explain the circumstance(s) surrounding the overstay and why it got to that.
Secondly, make sure you truthfully acknowlegde that you have been asked to leave a country before in the application form to avoid any issue that may lead to admissibility or inadmissibility.

Once your reasons of overstaying are good enough and you are able to relate it to a VO, it MAY pass.
The decision is entirely the VO's and at his/her discretion.

It's undergraduate
AAOL:
Hello Khloepatra3, please go ahead with your application and never state that you have overstayed in Philippine before. Haba, how on earth will they know about your situation. If its us or any of these european countries, then u must explain yourself in a well detailed SOP. I believe reporting yourself to those VOs will automatically lead to a refusal ( if its masters, u have a chance but no show if its PGD).

thermal wears arent used in Nigeria, so they re hardly sold in any boutiques. but you can search for any second hand clothing stores. they have them in most cases, although it wont be easy.(i can't really tell the prices but they are very cheap, given that they are second hand) if you dont like second hand clothing, you can opt for a brand new one from amazon.com/aliexpress.com (for about $20 and up)or any online (non-Nigerian) clothing store and it will be delivered to you.
JDDreamer:
Please, where can I get a good thermal wear in Lagos? What's the price range? Thanks.

I will say if you have declared your parents in your forms, you can add their Birth certificates or national I'd or voters card, just ensure you provide proofs.if you are married a marriage certificate should do the magic.in my opinion,I believe parents or employment is the best tie you can have back home. I leave the gurus to take you further on this cc:michv, folaroyal, osemigho etc
TravelRe: Travelling To Canada Part 11 by Khloepatra3: 11:17pm On Jan 03, 2017
thank you very much for this
Folaroyal:
Well said!

@khloepatra3...... For any person that is an applicant... Your strongest/primary ties to your home country remains; your immediate family (spouse and children), immediate-extended (aged parents) and present employment.

Your landed fixed properties, siblings and verifiable investment are secondary ties.

Regards

hello everyone. i have acceptance for an undergrad program(pre pharmacy) at University of Winnipeg.the program lasts only one year because it only consists of prerequisites. i originally want to study Pharmacy but it is nt a direct entry program anywhere in canada so i have to take the prerequisites first which is wht i will do at university of winnipeg.
now my question is, is it going to be problem(while applying for my study permit) that the program i've been accepted for lasts only one year, even though i will state it in my SOP that i will transfer to another university after completing the requisites?
i plan to transfer to MUN for the pharmD program which wuld last 5 more years. any advices?
