The English proficiency you were supposed to provide is normally issued from the office of the registrar and not just a written letter from a random lecturer...Do the needful

I did my biometrics on 22nd of August and my application was sent to DMC same day and I received empty NSF mail on 29th of August

Just like mine same date, both biometrics and the empty NSF mail
