DissTroy: Since you are hellbent on being an illiterate for something everyone can confirm this minute, I will ignore you.
I can swear on everything in the universe that you haven't read the Cybercrime Act, either 2015 or 2024.
And you do not know that the templating of the hyphenated "Cyber-" adjudges electronic transmission in all regards where WhatsApp falls under.
I will not dignify someone who refuses to read something so basic yet arguing in complete ignorance with any reply going forward. Stop deceiving yourself. WhatsApp conversations and every social media conversations and chats are weak evidence and are easily dismissed in court for being unreliable. But it's ok, keep on living in your bubble. |

A woman Invited you over that automatically means rape couldn't have occurred. A grown man still thinks like this in 2026 lol. |

DissTroy: Evidence Act of 2011.
The reviewed Nigerian Criminal Code.
The Cybercrime Act (2015 and 2024).
Why do you people intend on twisting facts that are easily verifiable?
To what end do you lie shamelessly? You have not answered my question. How does that prove rape couldn't have occurred? |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Kimbeast: 8:15am On Feb 21 |
DissTroy: LOL. They are.
Are you ready to argue so I show you no less than 50 instances of WhatsApp conversations admitted during court trials? I'm game. 😊 They are not reliable evidence and the threshold for them to be admitted is very very high. |

DissTroy: A buddy who is a lecturer has a certain lady almost his age doing a part-time programme in another faculty and on another campus make a move on him. He told me. She'd slyly suggested when she'd be free so they meet up but I insisted he continued to chat her up until, via chat, she invited him over.
They eventually did a mating dance about feeding each other and she'd said she'd cook for him that Sunday. But he should be around by 8PM (which is a sly invitation to sleep over). A little more sex chat and that's it.
He went over and it happened. But he's protected. He has an alibi. I told him to record their phone calls and backup his chats.
One brother is saved from any future accusation and reputational damage. And it makes me happy . Not to be that guy but how does this prove rape couldn't have occurred? I really don't understand the point here. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Kimbeast: 8:06am On Feb 21 |
DissTroy: I will improvise.
Me: "Babe, when did you even shave last? On Monday, right?"
Her: "No, Tuesday. Why?"
Me: "Little wonder. 3 days. I felt bristles. Didn't you notice I was being extra careful before you were fully wet? The bristles stabbed me a few times."
Her: "You didn't tell me. Sorry. Are you okay now?"
Me: "I am. The perseverance paid off. We had fun. How you sent that document to that lady?"
Her: "Hmm... I have o. That woman's wahala sef is too much."
Evidence saved. ---+
These things are easy. Just be smart. Sorry to burst your bubble but WhatsApp conversations and screenshots are not reliable evidence in Court. |

Unlimited22: Lol The response to being provocative is being called a monkey by fans and players.
No wahala chairman. I hope you are never a victim of stuff like this. You are clearly reading what you want, not what’s actually written. I never said that. You can sympathize with Vini while still questioning his antics and provocative behavior. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by Kimbeast: 12:14pm On Feb 18 |
Unlimited22: Lol This is the same Don who wanted to break Joao Pedro's leg at the CWC In the last U-20 WC and Copa América the young man insulted a Moroccan and fought with a Brazilian
You truly believe his defence that he covered his mouth to call Vini 'hermano' instead of 'mono'
Go watch the video, and look at Mbappe's reaction
And this is even to say nothing about the conflating of Vini's attitude with being subjected to racial abuse.
When Jamie Vardy and Emi Martínez do it, they are doing 'shithousery'
When it's Vinicius Jr, he's a man child
No wam You are just being emotional. You are already taking one side in a "he said, she said" situation without any concrete evidence. No one can prove he actually said anything of such nature so calm down and stop acting certain. What we know for a fact is Vini is always getting into fights constantly with opposing players, coaches and rival fans. It's fair to question why Vini is always the one getting into such situations when they are up to 6 black players in that Madrid team. Either he provocate hostility or he's just a victim. |

Unlimited22: What was provocative about his celebration that wasn't provocative about Cunha at the Emirates? Or Yamal and Balde at the bernabeu? Don't know. I am just letting you know others have been given caution for their way of celebrating. It's up to the ref discretion. That's why taking off your shirt when celebrating is also a yellow. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by Kimbeast: 11:53am On Feb 18 |
Unlimited22: Also since when did dancing become a yellow card offence? What nonsense is that? Provocative celebration has always been yellow for sometime now. Moyes was given one few matches back when Everton equalized late. Maresca was also given red for celebrating. |

Unlimited22: I legit didn't believe my eyes
And this from monikers I hold in high regard. I dont think anyone is absolving the benfica player who has said he didn't call vini a monkey so no one knows what actually happened. The question others are asking is why vini? Why is it always vini having issues with other players, coaches even his own coach sometimes and fans. They are like 6 black players in the Madrid squad yet only one of them always having the same issues time after time. Most fans are just saying vini is master provacater and he needs to cut out some of his antics. |

Sportsweb: See wetin player hate dey cause?. So other players like Mbeumo and Amad and others scored in UCL and they didn't score in cup games LMAO I don't care about other players stats. Neto for Chelsea is a mid player performing against mid teams. Champions league he has 0 goal and 0 assist. In his last 10 league games he has 0 goal and assist. Hatrick against championship Hull is not going to change anything or make him something that he's not. Neto is a mid player we should be getting rid of. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by Kimbeast: 8:40am On Feb 18 |
Fremlin: Pedro Neto vs some top European wingers this season:
Pedro Neto: 14 G/A
Kvicha Kvaratskhelia: 13 G/A Bukayo Saka: 12 G/A Bryan Mbuemo: 12 G/A Christian Pulisic: 12 G/A Jeremy Doku: 11 G/A Cody Gakpo: 11 G/A Rafael Leao: 10 G/A Noni Madueke: 9 G/A Ademola Lookman: 9 G/A Desire Doue: 9 G/A Savinho: 6 G/A Amad Diallo: 4 G/A
We no dy appreciate Neto enough These stats are useless without context. You are adding goals for Neto in games against minors and championship teams. Champions league Neto has zero goal and assist. In his last 10 consecutive league games he has provided zero goal and assist. Hatricks against championship minors should not confuse you. Neto is a mid player. |
