You mentioned Lewa, Ralph, Yamal, Ferran Fermin, and Olmo. This is just 6 players for 4 positions. Barca play with a 10. This squad is too thin and Barca will add a winger and supplement from academy making it 8 or 7 players for 4 positions which is okay.

Big squad size is counter productive. Grealish, Bob, may leave. The City squad you listed will be cut down come August. Just watch.

Barca will add a winger and make it 7 players for 4 positions, if Madueke and Nkunku leave it will be the same at Chelsea. Gittens, Neto, Jackson, Delap, Palmer, Pedro, Estevao. Even if we add another after selling Madueke it will be 8 for 4 positions which is still fine.

City are not cutting any of their main attackers. Grealish and mcatee are the ones likely leaving which still leaves 7 for 4 positions.

When it comes to defensive positions it's ok to have 8players for 4 positions so why is having 8 players for 4 positions in attack regarded as hoarding. How many defenders do we currently have?
