pls any info on department of Pharmacognosy will be welcome. Do they write departmental exams or not? I'm quite anxious since some departments av started inviting for further test
If they're anything like Clinical Pharmacy, they'll likely have departmental exams

Everyone, I don't live in Ibadan, only come one or two days a week for lectures etc. I need a place to stay on those days, preferably within the school. I'll pay for it, definitely.

I just need someplace comfortable to sleep and get set for the day.
Kindly email me if you're open to this or know a lady who is. Thank you.
Nairaland GeneralRe: 7 Ways To Avoid Bans And E-fights This New Year. by Kimmo(f): 9:39am On Jan 03, 2015
I was banned for two days by the anti spam bot and I really didn't understand the reason for it.

I posted two websites for downloading ebooks on a thread and immediately got banned.
I didn't even understand what happened at first, just noticed I was unable to comment on threads.

I'd like to see a list of rules that say I can't direct someone to a website.
I think the bot should tell us what we did wrong, as an error message or something. So we can avoid in future.
CultureRe: To The Yorubas, Have You Ever Been Told To Ask For Arodan? by Kimmo(f): 10:45pm On Jan 02, 2015
Yes!
The neighbour I'm sent to will bring up all kinds of stories about how she can't find it, or it way atop her wardrobe and her husband is the only one who can reach it, unfortunately he's not home etc etc grin
WebmastersRe: As A New Year Begins, What Would You Love To Remove Or Add To NL? by Kimmo(f): 10:08pm On Jan 01, 2015
NL is fine mostly, but I'd like to see a more color. There are several brighter shades of green abeg.

I'd also appreciate a reduction in the amount of frivolous celebrity stories that make frontpage. Tiwa Savage is pregnant, hallelujah. And?! Some lady wants to remain a virgin till She's married. Admirable. it doesn't have to be on the frontpage.

LETTER OF MOTIVATION

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you to express my interest in applying for the M.Sc Urban Studies at Vrije Universite Brussels, otherwise known as 4 Cities, which is scheduled to start by September, 2015. I strongly believe that my educational background, work experience and deep concern in concern for/interest in environmental management make me a very good candidate for this program.

I graduated with a second class honours bachelor’s degree in Physics Electronics from Ekiti State University, Nigeria. [s]I got Second Class honors (lower Division) as you can see in my academic transcript[/s]. Due to the wide range of different disciplines that Environmental Science involves, soon after starting my studies I realized that urbanization is an aspect which I have developed keen interest in.

My foundational knowledge with Physics Electronics and my little experience in the electrical field has motivated me to study more on urbanization and electricity, and also how to spread the knowledge of electrification to modern day interactions. It will also widen my knowledge on urbanization from antiquity to present day and also analyze development of buildings, cities, and landscapes on regions with an emphasis on social, economic, technological, ecological and infrastructural systems.

My project was is based on measurement of temperature using wind speed and humidity,
With that, I plan to work on how to harness the wind to provide electricity to modern urban settings and also to let the rural settlements become urbanized through my ideas and impact. It would also be great for me to The long term benefit is to positively affect the economic and social circumstances in my country that affect the urban living.

My objective is to pursue the M.Sc. in Urban Studies, taught entirely in English, plus living and breathing the international atmosphere and integrating with English and other language speaking people in order to know more about their cultures.
This is undoubtedly one of the part of my motivations for studying this course. More significantly, that Nigeria is a developing country has generated various weaknesses in urban structure and infrastructure system which are illogical comprehension planning and zoning, traffic jams, downgrading of urban road, water drainage and environmental pollution. Thus, it is undoubtedly that my professional projects after completing the Masters program is to record much many more tools in urban planning and certain level of knowledge in society management which shall create opportunity and confidence necessary to work and contribute to the innovation of my region.

I came to realization that studying and living abroad can help not only broaden my horizons but also accelerate my personal and academic growth as well. The main reasons for choosing is 4 Cities programs is the high quality of education that the institutions involved will offer, the opportunity of meeting and associating with people from all over the world and to be immersed in a society with a global outlook and a model to be followed in my viewpoint.

In conclusion, Irrespective of high application prerequisites of this course, I am determined to make the most out of it. My background and interdisciplinary education will add more diversity to the program. Furthermore, I will optimize my stay at all the participating universities to garner a wealth of ideas that will immediately apply when I return to my country and at the same time contribute to the University's diversity.

Thank you very much for considering my request. I look forward to your positive response.

Yours Sincerely,

Ijiyemi Peter Aduragbemi.

they question is how do u get back someone wey no dry giv u attention again .... she don dey look else wer na
Well, going by her behaviour, the girl can't be difficult to get.
Leave her alone for a while, maybe a month sef, long enough to ensure she isn't expecting you to call/sms her anymore.
Then text her one day, and say it's been a while, it'll be fun to hang out somewhere. She'll definitely reply, cos it sounds like free food/fun.
Take her to a restaurant, let her buy what she wants but whatever you do, don't eat there. Say you have a great dvd at home that she'll like or something (better not be a horror movie) Take the food home and go from there.

so u wud av made d first move or show signs if u wer in d girl's shoe?

wats now ur advise for ur nigga
I'd control my urges because that's just inappropriate, especially since we just had a nice visit together.
But, if for some reason I was that overcome by lust, I'd definitely make the first move.
My advise is the same as bolded below. The babe doesn't deserve any better.
I'd have way more respect for her if she'd simply said she really hoped you'd make a move last night and was too shy to make one herself, instead of making you look like an idiott for being a well behaved man.
25omega:
I guess he misread the situation and he needs to find a way to get her to come back so he can blow her back out and then dump her ass.

Though I'm not trying to generalise, I guess women have it inborn in them that men are suppose to magically know when they want it, and should also be the one to always initiate the "event". grin
Anything otherwise will make them cheap and worthless undecided
So true! But I expect any fully adult lady to go for what she wants in a straightforward manner and not just hope silently like a schoolgirl.

It isn't an outfit. It's lingerie, so yes, I'd wear it.

sounds like you are the "hit the nail straight to the head" type.
you really think she deserve that? awesome. cheesy
Absolutely. If I were in her shoes, I'd expect the OP to behave the respectable way he did. And it might be the start of a nice relationship.
And if she was so overcome by lust, she should have made a move. Not expect the guy to magically know she was an easy lay and make a move.

The guy was not wrong for not sexing her. He was simply being respectful but she had other ideas. I guess he misread the situation and he needs to find a way to get her to come back so he can blow her back out and then dump her ass.
Exactly.

RomanceRe: How To Attract More Women As A Shorter Guy by Kimmo(f): 10:49pm On Dec 28, 2014
Okay ooh.

As a tall lady, I get offended if anyone tells me I'm too tall. In response, I stand even taller, look derisively at the short person long enough for him/her to imply that they're the short one.

donyjohn:
2) If she is taller than you are, tease her about her height playfully.
Turn things around and tease the woman for being "too tall." Just do it in a playful way, not in a passive aggressive way. It's an easy thing to do to take something that you think she might be thinking about and turn it around on her and make it humorous.
