Mr considering we are a state created as recently as 1987 compared with our fast rate of development and following older and more established States like Rivers, Delta,kaduna,enugu etc hot on their heels tells u alot. I didn't mention Lagos cus is still in a league of its own although if we can get the oil companies to relocate back to the SS our revenue will increase while theirs will drop.

High IGR can translate to many things, like high skilled workers, traders, employable workers etc

Data from IGR can indicate city with highest population, which is good for business, taxation, company records and money generated from them
