A friend of mine decided to do the compulsory NYSC in Ogun State this year after much pressure. He visited last month and was complaining that for the first time in his life, he is seeing teenagers in Nigeria that can't speak English. He attested to the fact that seeing a woman of 40+ that understands "go and come" in Ogun state is rare.

My reaction to his complaints was "Wait until you visit Osun state"
