WTMH is back and better

talking about the pros and cons of living with the landlord.is there any pros living with ur L.L,i dont think so,they are just like any other tenant thats my only pros for them but the cons after my some gist with my collegues is that their gates are closed earlier than you can imagine often time they want your wife to sweep/clean the compound not minding her kind of profession(efry woman supose b housewife).finally,you play exactly by their rules and regulations.
How do you tackle this(masky suppose gist us on how to do this,he has tasted both world).Politely ask him to spell out his DOs and DONTs and politely reject those that are not going to be ok with you.Imagine a L.L telling you not to pray in the mid nite as long as you stay in his house on the guise that xtians are hypocrites(this actually happend to a friend).

Not all you save for it,the system down here is terrible,the law is not working youth are terorised/frustrated and the govt care less about the citizens.that is why over here we applaud every type of corruption as long as u are not caught.we pray God gives us a God fearing leaders.

if i am right Lagos house rent sky rocketed after the demolision of MAROKO by the then Lagos state millitary administartor(RAJI RASAKI) which is now known as maroko sandfill etc

This is Lagos where anything is possible,the tenant pays the agent.Lets look at it this way,you let a house for 400k/year.You are to pay for 2 years i.e
400k x 2yrs        =                           800k
Agent fees         =  (10% of 800k) is 80k
commision          = (10%  of  800k) is 80k
Refundable fees =                              50k
Total         =                              1.1million

This is the minimum you pay for an apartment with the price above,thats if you are not ask to pay for 3years or more.
I think personally the so called agents are the ones that made Lagos houses to be costly cos you do not have access to the real owners.imagine this the owner ask you rent for 10k,agents get a tenant and rent it out for 40k,if you were the owner wont you smile?

about the inverter i used a wet cell 200Ah for a year plus reason been that an average deep cycle goes for 45k. A friend is using a normal dry cell 2 X 100AH and he says he has not been using generator for a long time cos of the availability of power at least 16 hrs/day.
If any one knows any other battery which is relatively cheap and effective for inverter should let us know.
