In Surulere,shitta, Akerele extension to be precise there is this football field in front of our houses where kids will play in the morning and in the evening the pros come knock some balls(SOMEBODY WAKE ME UP).
This days u hav cinemas springing up,nite clubs etc.

Back to my hood in Ogba,there is this estate called oluwole estate,something different about this estate is that u play football in the morning shoot pool/snooker and in the evening beer pub at every point.the sad thing about this area is you have more riff raf than normal.I think life is way way too boring compare to dem days when i was growing up,all they tell us is that this is the JET age.

the new tenant in my compund seems to like my family but something nasty happen to him on thursday, i told him to pack in the compund he refused saying he wants the agent to fix the gate unfortunately his car was vandalised where he packed overnite(the street asso comes to us foe monthly dues i wonder what they are securing)God help us

about driving , i was thought on a weekend and i summoned courage on a monday i took it to the office been my first car i couldn't wait for my peeps to see me cruise but to my greatest surprise it was the day lagos experienced total standstill/go slow,it took me 2 hours to get to the office ogudu to opebi.i learn to drive the hardest of ways by using only 2 gears 1 and 2.
i did not stop there the following weekend i drove to ogere trainning centre ibadan toll gate, now i think iam a pro

let me scare you a bit, have you ever had of the house of the SCORPION(haven't seen one though) but based on what i heard that such houses have some kind of unique design at the vent to the ceiling/roof (some houses have on them 3 hollow block that allow vent intyo the roof).The spiritual thing about such houses is that one pack in full and leaves the house, u kno wat i mean(that will not be your portion.

I read my agreement and it states that all internal repairs must be done by me and all external repairs like painting ,cracks,tenanment rate,roof leakage etc. But it is written in double bold black' the evacuation of septic '.

the thing is that when you call on them and they play the waiting game on you you will do it by force by fire(my take on this is you do the repairs/evacuation hold on to the invoice and wait until the day you are paying the rent)

Inverter for me is a must have when you stay in an environment where there is a minimum of 12hrs of power but if you do not it means your battery will run down much faster.
Has anyone observe that by using a ceilling fan with an inverter it spends less hours working than when it is a standing fan.

ilungunboy,we similar situation when our security mallam left without coming back, we resolved on locking the gate for 10.00-10.30pm but when you are coming later than that you must have recharged your phone or your family will be waiting to receive you.
