You can defer but you will need a new COE and you will have to lodge another visa application


-The student visa processing time is now longer so choose a semester that gives you enough time to get another visa grant
- Your bank statement will be updated to fit the new floating exchange rate
- The Australia home affairs has changed some policies that affects student visa. You have to read up on that on their website

I don't know if this helps but someone here suggested convera and it worked for me. Check to see if your school uses it.

Input the amount in pounds and it's equivalent in dollars will be displayed. Then, generate a code with which u can use to pay Tru your Dom acc at your local bank.

There is no way you add more without coins. However, consecutive approvals will increase it to 5 - 7 -10.

You can get coins at cheaper price with low dollar rate. There is nothing like free coins.

Do you intend to submit without coins? If yes, navigate till you see Add unregistered domains (premium). Submit your first 3 domains for review.

I forgot to mention earlier, you will be rewarded with coins when you get to certain thresholds, like silver status (50 coins) and gold status (100 coins) and so on... Seems you've not gotten a name approved yet. If so, focus on getting SH owned names for a start, when you really understand the rudiments you can then submit your own names. By then the option of listing without use of coins should be available for you.
