the IPOB people refuse to read the polity clearly. Kanu case was dropped from the magistrate court because DSS said it has evidence to charge Kanu for treasonable felony which is beyond the jurisdiction if the magistrate court.

Since there is no case against him before the magistrate court the judge acquit and discharge him.
so I have been expecting the treasonable felony charge against him before seeing the IPOB guys jubilating for his release.

Kanu should prepare a strong defense in court against the DSS evidences and if he scale through this he will become the hero of Igbos.

Please don't troop to the streets for violent protest until the Nigerian Army review it Rules of Engagement because I don't want to type RIP again.

The definition of treason is not starting a radio station,Radio Kudirat was not charged for treason likewise Radio Biafra is not treasonable. I advise you to seek the help of the constitution to appreciate fully what it means.

There are audio, and video evidence and most likely documented ones too, of Kanu threatening to wage war against Nigeria, soliciting and getting funds to procure weapons and making hate speeches.
These indeed are grave allegations and the hate speeches alone are an international criminal offence because it's infact what led to the Rwanda genocide and similar deaths world over.
Unless Nigeria is actually a zoo, then it would ignore clear evidences of treasonable felony because Kanu has never denied these allegations or recanted his clearly inciteful,hate filled and totally reprehensible broadcasts.
I feel it's more proper and just for the state to present it's evidence(s) before a law court, let him state his own defence and let the court pass judgement, rather than him being released just for their to be some 'peace',because there is nothing that shows he won't continue his seditious acts if all issues are not legally determined.

This is a pure case of confusion on the part of Buhari and his puppet DSS, as they yesterday evening out of disappointment charged a resolute and determined Nnamdi Kanu for treason.

From what the Radio Biafra Uche Meffor is saying, the protest world wide continues. This is despite a clean bill of health given Kanu from all the Nigerian courts the confused government went to.

As I write the dollar is exchanging for all time high of 282 naira, the fuel situation is the worse ever, companies are shutting down, no electricity supply due to a loss of a substantial capacity etc. You can't prosper with an evil and vindictive heart. May God save us from this tyrant we have.

According to the wise Father Kukah, Nnamdi enjoys as of now a stronger cult following than even Buhari,this is for sure therefore he may with a little fine tuning he may have a mass movement that will shake Nigeria to its foundation.

I read through, there is no place he mentioned Buhari, is the judiciary not separate from the executive. They - Judiciary did their job.

Now I ask, is it a strategy of such advocacy to keep quiet and watch as ethnic hostilities continue to rise out of a determined attempt by Biafran apologists to denigrate the country, its goverment, its political leaders, and every Nigerian including Igbos who are not in support of the Biafran cause?

Do you expect that harmony is the end result of all the tribal hate and propaganda being advanced on all media available to the Biafrans? Or do you only speak out when anarchy has set as a result of that hate and mischievous propaganda?

Is Seun not a patriot and a peacemaker for ensuring his own creation would play no part in the anarchy the Biafrans are passionately spoiling for?

Do we as Nigerians not have the right to ensure we no longer serve as the audience for all the hate and profanities being heaped daily on the nation and it's constituent tribes?

Who is the defenceless between the man who is at the receiving end of hate and threats but keeps his cool, and the man who has become an irritating nuisance to all and sundry without restraint?

Let the Biafrans find another rebellious channel for their outbursts against Nigeria and her citizens. Nairaland remains a pro-Nigerian medium.

The last time I checked the Biafran protests had remained generally peaceful until the Nigerian soldiers opened fire on them, being the unprofessional military we know I will not doubt the IPOB side of the story.

Many of us with a fair mind will always look at the UN charters , Nigerians constitution and be guided by same, hence the agitation so far is in line.

I do not know the anti Biafra Ndigbos IPOB have either killed or maimed to make us panic yet.
