For two months now, 5000 naira airtime is weekly debited from a relative's bank account into his Airtel sim and he's got about 60,000 airtime now. He just called to inform me of the problem and I promised to help with a solution. He has visited the bank and they promised to work on it and do a refund but from what he's getting it doesn't seem like the Manager has a solution. Is there anything he can do to get his cash?
