This is exactly what I have been telling a lot of younger people but they don’t listen. I hate it each time people post things like “I am so so so ,looking for a job,graduated with so so so from so so so university” How can any right thinking human with a first hand knowledge that your country is the CAPITAL OF POVERTY still sit down trusting in a system with very limited white collar jobs to provide such? How can an intellectual sit down to watch Agberos preside over a N120B market with no attempt whatsoever to collabo or wrestle at least N25million with them?? We have a solution that we just kick started with these guys and I can tell you all first hand that these guys are just humans like us trying hard to feed their families and live their dream life.So far as whatever you want to do with them will not touch union money and drop something for them they listen. Many times these guys do a lot of rubbish and cause a lot of problems..this we know and cannot be encouraged but the truth is that these guys are backed by the government, they are not doing anything illegal and behind the knowledge /approval of the government. Lastly,if you don’t have a job,put your certificate back in your box,roll your sleeves and find a way to wrestle these N120B with these guys.It is too much money to overlook and some of the companies you are seeking employment from don’t even turn over a 100million annually.Funky-fy agbero work,clean it up,bring technology to it,look for what their biggest challenge is and solve it,improve their collection process,aid their cash handling process,help them take money to the bank easier and faster,improve communication between agbero and driver…. Whatever you can provide just find a way to convince or confuse all parties involved and get a piece of this $$$$$!!!!! 3 Likes |

There many sides to this coin!! Many students at their foundation level have been introduced to learning through the assisted learning method. Assisted learning has now become even part of our lives as adults and have also dropped the ability to task and use the brain to it’s full potential. For example our touch pad comes with keyboards that now help to suggest spellings…if you read very well depending on the country (British/US English) where the phone was made the English typed is influenced more by the suggestions by the keyboard as against the users ability to think. For instance solutions like “Blink list “ an app that allows you have the summary and critical part of any book in 15 mins audio format is the most used app by top global CEO,why? Assisted learning encourages you to focus on the most critical part of learning as against having a comprehensive knowledge of the entire discuss or subject. The effectiveness of this learning pattern cannot be overlooked however the dangers is what is now very obvious especially in very lazy people.This method makes people more lazy !! Another example is “google” ,the assisted support from this aggregator of information doesn’t not encourage seeking for knowledge the way we used to..why scratch your head to remember or figure out anything when you can simple “google it”? In a nutshell,the learning pattern for gen z and gen x (2000-2020) has changed greatly, you have to give them a clue and assist them in their thinking pattern otherwise they are lost.They have access to more resource that challenges the brain in a different way.Their methods are different and need to be understood for effective communication with an understanding that their foundation and today’s culture is based on assisted learning.Attention span too as changed. Finally,a society that focuses on money as the ultimate goal showing how it does not pay to focus on knowledge and critical thinking as well as rewarding rubbish over knowledge will only regard the process as mere certificate acquisition tournament!! 1 Like |

I also need you guys to understand what it means for your country to be the poverty capital of the world!! It is yet to really sink in well into the heads of the younger people of Nigeria that “ you are all you’ve got” You will need to create opportunities, start your businesses and push your ideas with your life and heart in mouth because there is not enough jobs to go round at all. More graduates are entering the market everyday and companies are also sacking/reducing work force. Your desired job is harder to get and may not even be available.Only collective prosperity and absolute faith and belief in God and yourself will see you through.The govt have no jobs to offer. |

Way back people open their doors to one another, sharing and exchanging ideas and resources towards collective prosperity. People move from villages to live with relatives so that they too can succeed.People stretched limited resource towards getting kinsmen educated or financially better through trade support.Hunger wasn’t so spelt out and this visible because your neighbors will call you to come and eat! There is crazy hunger in the land and level of unemployment is crazy.Men who don’t have money will not marry, anyone without the link to progress in education or make better career decision will look behind and hopeless. Why does it look and feel like some are behind in our world of today.It is simply because we have forgotten how collective prosperity got us there!!! We no longer open our doors to support each other,our walls use to be low but now higher than the building it’s self,we are always looking for means to defraud and scam each other rather than help each other.Other people cannot correct our children in our absence, families now avoid one another because they don’t want to help,it is now me and my family only. We are now backward as humans and as a people and need to re-trace our footing towards a path that helped us all..the helpful path of collective prosperity!!
