" How do you even plan to finance your wedding or do you plan on collecting donations from well wishers?" These are the questions people need to be asking every young man and young woman who announce that they are getting married.


Unfortunately, in Africa we are too dumb, too fearful and too respectful to ask each other the pertninent questions. That's why we are forever broke. That's why people get married and pass on their poverty to their kids.That's why we congratulate each other when we know very well someone is making a bad decision.

Enough is enough. Girls know how to play with us when we are at the 'wooing stage.' Like zombies we concur to all their conditions/demands just because we need their attention. Washing clothes for your wife or girlfriend, is usually seen by a lot of guys as a demeaning thing to do as a man...And any guy that does it is perceived to be either a weakling or a woman wrapper. Or obsessed with the girl he's rendering such service to.

But come oh, don't girls do the same thing (wash, clean and cook join) freely for their guys? So why can't men do the same for their girlfriends or wives? If washing her undies is disgusting or shameful to do, you can at least wash her blouse, skirts, shirts and trousers naa (Lol).

Men and their ego.. But I know there are guys who do it for their girls, but deny it publicly.

receiving a call from a very close friend last night left me devastated.what am supposed to say to her?, how am I supposed to sooth her?,why are some men this way.

at about 8:47pm last night she called saying her man called her 3 days back to tell her that he got a lady pregnant.And when she demanded to know why he said body no be wood!!.can you imagine!..what a reply.this is a relationship she has invested so much into.she got a job so she had to move out of the area but nevertheless she makes sure that every weekend She goes visiting him.he never return her visits at least to know where his fiance stays now and office.but she didn't take offence.only for this man to call her and tell her he got some lady pregnant.
now the ish is ...fast track to three days later which was yesterday,she found out she was pregnant!!!

what should she do?
