Danielnino00: Too late.. Ighalo can't be replaced unless he is injured.
And also, I don't think a player that was replaced on the list can be recalled back again...
I don't want to believe that Napoli played us because Osimhen has been in Nigeria till now.. Something fishy definitely went on... They definitely played us a fast one o. I don't know why Osimhen cooperated with them. We should have even left it how Collins own is, when he recovers, he'll continue with the squad and contribute what he can for the squad. |

We the youths had the opportunity to build on the oneness of the endsars protest to strategize and take over the political sphere but we failed ourselves.
Until we put machineries in place to take over the political sphere and change the narrative for the positive, we might continue recycling these old leaders.

The rest are goal scorers for their club sides we haven't seen what they can offer the super eagles..if more or less. Someone mentioned earlier that it might be so because he was given the opportunity. So let's see what comes out of the opportunity to be given to others in this tournament. |

komekn: Every football game has an element of luck and fortitude. The team that prepares properly creates team cohesion and through working as a team can beat better teams with sheer hard work and determination.
Nonetheless, cream always rises to the top.
Last AFCON Algeria and Senegal were the best teams and Senegal was unlucky.
If anything we were lucky to get as far as we did.
On paper we are underdogs, there are at least 5 teams better than us on paper. Teams that win usually have a world class top player, that gives them an edge. The so-called 5 teams better than us with atleast a world class player, were they without the world class player to take them beyond the group stage in 2018 world cup? Or three of the teams were without the world class player to take them past Nigeria to clinch the third place in AFCON 2019? |

humility33: Rohr was sacked because of how his team plays...it didn't impress the lost, wins and draws and this was because of team tactics and players fielded which all stems from players selection
How Simon, Ekong and Collins etc kept playing nonsense and none got dropped played a role in the abysmal play of the super eagles
Oga as it is now we expect whoever replaced rohr to do better in team selection, tactics and players management and fielding so using Rohr incompetence to justify Equeavon lopsided list is uncalled for So how are you sure Eguavoen's tactics will end up same way? Wasn't it same Lampard players Tuchel inherited and won the champions league? So what changed? Watch Eguavoen and blast him for tactics and not players selection. |

The truth is players like omuruo, Collins,Olise and shehu dont deserve to be in the last ahead of players like Ebuehi, bassey and akpo when we talk of qualities, skills sets and club foot ball
We tolerating mediocrity by defending Equeavon lopsided list So you were clamoring for Rohr sack due to player selection? Wow tell me something |

TheGoodJoe: Nwakali is there for purely tactical reasons. Do you have a better suggestion of a midfielder that can dictate play from deep with diagonal long passes?
If you can't, you will understand why Eguavoen called him. Not even a midfielder that can dictate play. I was even asking of anybody called a midfielder that wasn't invited. But all of them have been blind ignoring my mentions of which midfielder would have been invited instead. If Nwakali wasn't invited, we would be going to AFCON with just 4 midfielders out of 28 players available for selection. |
