For the first time in recent years, we played well and got the commendation of many individuals across borders.

Hopefully we get to do it all through the tournament and bring the trophy home for our 4th which is long overdue.

Aina plays left back very well while Ebuehi have played the position for SE before so they can be drafted in.

Every football game has an element of luck and fortitude. The team that prepares properly creates team cohesion and through working as a team can beat better teams with sheer hard work and determination.

Last AFCON Algeria and Senegal were the best teams and Senegal was unlucky.

If anything we were lucky to get as far as we did.

On paper we are underdogs, there are at least 5 teams better than us on paper. Teams that win usually have a world class top player, that gives them an edge.

The so-called 5 teams better than us with atleast a world class player, were they without the world class player to take them beyond the group stage in 2018 world cup? Or three of the teams were without the world class player to take them past Nigeria to clinch the third place in AFCON 2019?

How Simon, Ekong and Collins etc kept playing nonsense and none got dropped played a role in the abysmal play of the super eagles

Oga as it is now we expect whoever replaced rohr to do better in team selection, tactics and players management and fielding so using Rohr incompetence to justify Equeavon lopsided list is uncalled for

So how are you sure Eguavoen's tactics will end up same way?

Wasn't it same Lampard players Tuchel inherited and won the champions league? So what changed?
