I plan to get a jersey next year, as long as it's not that awful lemon green we used in 2014, I'll be fine.

I'm sha getting that world cup jersey this time and the original

I just hope it'll be sold online sha

Because it'll help against getting the fake

Na d pressure make am succum to public opinion. Shame and fear no gree am play Nwakali because d boy 4 disgrace and tarnish his image with perhaps poor performance

the same shame and fear never make am play Kayode, Onyekwuru and Agbo for over 45 minutes in a competitive match upon how long him don de call them ba?

Just one invitation and him no play am don turn problem

MetalJigsaw:
OK let's get thing straight...

A player who played and emerged as one of the finest goal poachers in the English Championship being compared to one who played in the Erste Liga, the Dutch second tier league?.

Its like placing the winner of UCL and the CAF Champions League winner in one spot. Does that tally to you??

both of them are second tier sides

Both of them moved up and one is constantly doing it and the other isn't

So what's your argument

Is there any Nigerian police station where anyone is innocent??

I actually feel we have not tested enough players we should be looking a lot more players than we have so far.

England will possibly go through upwards of 45 players before deciding on a final 23. How many players have we looked at some far do not seem to be enough.

Are there players who are possibly better in this regard Joel Obi, Sone Aluko, immediately come to mind as well as striking options in Obagoal who had better stats than Ighalo before getting injured.

Until tested we do not know. Give as many deserving players opportunities to be tested so we can get the best possible 23 we can find. No sentiment best players go.

when should the bolded be done

Good say no be how was your night I de use

Na how your night

Both of them no be the same thing

nice suggestions

So, sad. The way NFF humiliated Anichebe after he got injured on duty for the national was very painful. Even Hope Akpan never received a call after he got injured in action for the National team. That's unfair and very discouraging.

Despite Sone Aluko's consistency in performance over the years yet ignored.

What is the guarantee that these lads will not be treated the same way?

the same guarantee that is gonna take Iwobi and Aina to world cup if they remain injury free and in form

komekn:
I am at pains to say this after more than a decade of involvement with British football.

There has been a paradigm shift in English football. For the first time in recorded history England won both the U20 and U17 World cups.

But the most pronounced and dramatically different thing about these teams was Black boys were about 70% of the team. In the Final of the U20 three Nigerian origin players scored all the goals. There is a change of cultural dynamics which includes race hither unknown before.

They made the wrong move in not supporting thier Father Land. However, career wise it's way too early to tell.

Secondly, even if the had come to the SE there's no guarantee they will be in the squad to Russia.

Is that the same welcome that was given to Sone Aluko, Anichebe and Hope Akpan.?? Considering how they were treated and thier refusal to show loyalty and homage with settlement.

the bolded happened in the past

can you confidently say that Aina and Iwobi are in the team due to the show of loyalty and homage with settlement?

Highly educative

That is it bro.

Nigeria to drop from 41st to 48th in the world.

Once again, no thanks to that Algeria draw.

WQ qualifiers carry more weight than friendlies.

but cameroon drew too

Joebie:
good.. that was exactly my point.
Even Uzoho needs more game time. We are just so glad that he is such a young goalie with a huge potential. Personally, I'd like him to be #1 right away, but I want to see more from him still.

i think he too should seek a loan move by Jan so that he can have more playing time while still undergoing tutelage

Tbaba's and bigrovars comments on the ball distribution of Uzoho took me back to either the 6th or 75th minutes of the game where Uzoho caught the ball and throw it to Ndidi at a very long distance

Certitude:
Hahaha

he was right about the personnel though

WWhen the 2 people he mentioned were removed in the 2nd half, the game experienced an upward surge

TheGoodJoe:

Ancelotti stayed. Won the Premier League and FA Cup in his first season.

I'm sorry

As pointed out earlier I confused him with Hiddink

Goke7:
you are confusing ancelotti with Gus hiddink

you're right

I'm sorry about that

TheGoodJoe:
When we talk of a classy team, we are talking of a team who not just dominates the game but has a history of high possession. A team that plays a possession-heavy style. Chelsea was not that kind of team.

My best of Chelsea remains Ancelotti's time. During that period, Mikel Obi was the best passer in the Premier League. Even higher than Paul Scholes. Unfortunately, Abramovic disrupted the balance of Ancelotti's team and later sacked Ancelotti.

I think Ancelotti wasn't sacked per se

He came in as a make shift coach to cover till the end of the season and didn't get his stay extended the both times he was at Chelsea

oloriooko:
We played 3-5-2 in the first half but changed to 4-4-2 in the second half and over-ran Argentina

are you sure it's 4-4-2 in the 2nd half?

He had 3 central defenders at the back o

komekn:
Seyi Ojo is injured currently.

But I would have more trust in Aina who reads the game from the perspective of a defender. Seyi Ojo may have more pace and could possibly adapt in the role. He has only one advantage over Aina if you can call Iran advantage he is naturally left footed.

But then Aina is quite competent with his left foot.

did you watch today's match?

How do you rate Idowu at LB/LWB
