I wil surely abide by these plans. 1 more thing doc. i one had a dislocation in my upper arm and since then i've had several painful dislocation on thesame joint due to some minor accident. I hardly use d hand for hardwork due to pains i experience later on. Now it seems like the joint is not healed as it can dislocate accidently. What should i do?
