You are in Lagos and Abuja paying rent with amounts that your parents used to build Houses in their 30s.

Oyo State could be what makes it possible for you to be in your 30s and have a house with a garden your kids can play in on a middle-class income. Portions of some sectors could be moved to Oyo from Lagos. There are lots of possibilities. But we have to be sober and deliberate
