ahhhh. go to guys who flash phones softwares. they'll do it for you. just tell them the model. I think it's around 1k. one more thing... have you tried booting into recovery mode? by holding power key + volume up

I did not root my phone, it is suppose to clock a year on January 27, I woke on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 to meet it dead....

damn! this is scary. Umidigi should step up. this issue of phones going dead is terrible and annoying. did u try flashing the ROM. it has to do with the software am sure

Am using A7 pro, I gat no issues with the device except it lags especially while using uc browser

hmmm that means I'll have to check settings then... I have not experienced any lags even when playing games at high graphics

a7pro users did u notice that when using xender, its usually almost impossible to create connection. most times i have to join cos it would tell me "failed to turn on hotspot".

with all these software issues Umidigi is having, they have to work more and gain people's trust if they wanna stay relevant in the industry. I see too many complaints of software issues. I hope they would work on that so we would all be happy

did it happen to you? well... I also a particular comment like that but something must have made it behave that way. to avoid such incident, don't root your phone and always use the specified charger for ur phone. I'm using Umidigi A7pro and it's serving me very well

Good evening all. Please a friend wants to get a new phone and she's thinking of which one to get between umidigi A9 and A9 pro. I told her to go for the A9 because of the battery(saw it online that the battery is 5150mah and it runs on Android 11os)but I'll prefer to hear first hand experience please. Thanks

she should go for A9pro. it has better camera. remember women love phones with good cameras. A9pro also has a more beautiful design. she'd fall in love with it immediately

Good day Nairalanders, my dad recently bought the Umidigi A7 pro (64gb rom, 4gb ram) from jumia the first week of black friday, it was working perfectly till around christmas week when we start noticing some apps opening on its own with any interaction, after a week the problem increased, it touches on its own without anyone touching it for like a minute or more, then it stops. So I activated visual touch on the phone to see where it touches, and lo and behold its has like 10 touches on the top left (sometimes right) part of the screen
Also we found that the seller gave only 1 WEEK of waranty to the phone (a fault on my dad side actually)
Is there anything we can do to fix this glitches
I would appreciate your opinions..

If there's a screen protector on the phone, remove it completely. Besides, did the phone fall?
