To be fair, I don't think anybody believe bakayoko was better than matic right now. Matic is the more experienced player at the highest level.
Bakayooko is supposed to be the far younger prospect( he is 23) for the future with the potential to not only to eclipse matic but possibly rival yaya toure.

If I had wanted, I'd have criticised the team and I still wouldn't be wrong neither would it had made me a "false" fan. It wasn't a good performance by the team especially in the first-half, but I chose to dwell on the positive side, plus it's a better display against a team whose defence was solid. Our midfield was not functioning well no thanks to Mhikitaryan that can't protect Hererra and Matic, or link up with Ukaku, leaving him isolated as always.

overall it wasn't a great performance but it's better than the shît we served at Anfield, saying it won't kill you. You're not more "true" a fan than anyone here.
