Any President that does what Tinubu did for the LGAs, meant well for the populace. The issue now is for those at that level to perform. That's one of the reasons I haven't given up on Tinubu.

Elsewhere, a Governor stylishly scrapped the LGAs by not conducting elections for 7+ years. You won't see me clapping for such leader, let alone supporting him for the highest position in the country.
