This auto 1 you are getting now is a system error. You need to go report on slack. Read a few posts up. They said we should stop working at 7:38 a.m. If you have Grammarly or some other software, you will see them highlighted because those words have nothing to do with the script. They just insert those words periodically to ensure they're properly edited

I think Auto 1 came with the upgrade to the new platform. You will notice three junk words that they always put in every 200 or so words in clear audios. If you fail to remove any of them, you will see auto 1 with the Poor Transcription Quality, please make sure that audio matches the transcription and that the transcription follows the FAQ guidelines rating note. I guess the reverse was the case for auto 5 back then before the change in rating govt.

Okay, thanks. I checked though, my time seems to be correct. I couldn't have exhausted the time allocated for the call due to the fact that the timer shows -6hrs -12mins immediately the call starts.

You can confirm the actual time left to complete the job by going back to the queue page on another browser on your device and scroll down. The time left to complete the job will be shown in front of the call ID of the job(s) you are currently working on. This is the actual time left. Disregard what you have on the call page. Before the update to the new platform, I used to get a lot of disparity between these times, especially when I restarted my PC, used VPN or adjusted my system time.

Same here some weeks ago but to get it the first time, I think a transcriber has to break into the top 200 for the week and that has to be in the 400 min bracket. I may be wrong though

The only icing on the cake at GT is getting to be an editor. But Samsard say that one too get exam apart from maintaining high rating. Those ones are too big on quality. I don't know what to do again to pass their test. GT's pay is slightly higher but you have to type everything. If QA want's us to type everything then we'll start having a lot of jobs back in the queue.

The reason why this group is still active is the help lot of people get [including me] here. Since you're having issues with card linking, you shouldn't have contacted PayPal. You would have just asked here and someone will help out. And also, if you read this thread from page 1 to 30 or so, you'd see a solution to your problem because we've seen lots of issues like yours that got solutions.

If your card is INTERNATIONAL HIGH as you've said, have up to 3k in your card then try linking.
I hope the address on your card is same with your billing address on your PayPal. If you try all this and didn't workout, try an exchanger. Thanks.

That was the response I got from UBA this afternoon. I also tried linking mine to PayPal and it always get declined. I even have more than 2,000 naira on the card and PayPal said I have no problem with them.

A lot of possibilities here not excluding information mismatch. Try another branch. On this thread, we've had different experiences with their staff and branches. You may wanna read up too. Bless.

I have this type of problem also.

I've had the problem before. Actually, try again later (24 hrs) using fresh IE. Clear browser history, delete cookies, temporary files et al. Sometimes, it may be your internet connection, so when next you try, you may want to use another ISP. Also, make sure you're not withdrawing all the funds in your account. Leave at least $2 tithe for them in your account. Good luck on your next try. If you need the funds urgently, you can always sell to exchangers (although I strongly advise against it). I had the error off and on for 2 weeks at some point.
