Most likely, those made with yours were sent earlier when INEC was calling for PVC collection. They are most likely not with the ones sent to Wards.

Go to the INEC head office and you will likely pick up your card. It is good to go now because the crowd is less. The ones in wards are likely those registered in November.

My brother, I've done that many times, it's really frustrating. After checking the status of my card, they said it's available but not yet with them as they are still expecting more cards from INEC.
