Politics2023: I'm Not Desperate To Be President, I'm Desperate To See Nigeria Work -Obi by kk2027(op): 3:44pm On Mar 01, 2023
God has blessed this country enough for everyone to have a great life but only few have pocketed all the resources for their mothers, wives and children.

My heart is heartbroken for the masses that are suffering and dont even realize it

Are you aware you're entitled to be getting paid as an unemployed youth?
Are you aware you're supposed to get free healthcare if you cant afford one?
Are you aware you're entitled to not see power failure for the rest of your life?
Are you aware you're not supposed to have any reason to be online begging random strangers for urgent 2k

Nigeria has been thrown into mourning
Yes as e dey sweet the ignoramuses, e dey pain us.
I feel for the poor

PoliticsRe: 2023 Elections: Intrigues And Lessons by kk2027: 3:13pm On Mar 01, 2023
This is an APC sponsored post
Pls disregard

Where on earth have you seen an election such as this? Look at the show of shame we call an election. I feel for the poor masses in this country.

We fought hard for you to enjoy your country for once. I tried, my family tried
Our area has been like a graveyard since today
PoliticsRe: The Quietness In The Land Is Deafening by kk2027(op): 2:25pm On Mar 01, 2023
The worst you can do to a country is not allowing them to vote and not allowing their vote snd when they manage to vote, you still dont allow their votes to count

So so sad
PoliticsThe Quietness In The Land Is Deafening by kk2027(op): 2:23pm On Mar 01, 2023
Many people's hope of a new Nigeria has been dashed.

Baba God into your hand we commend the poor masses that are suffering in a country you have blessed with milk and honey

This government has borrowed and borrowed money that I dont know if it can ever repaid.

Now the borrowing continues

I'm so pained by what is happening to this once great nation

NothingDoMe:
There's not much that they could have done Abuja. That place is locked down for Obi.

They knew and that's why they started their usual media wonderland tales by moonlight cockandbull. That 25% is not required.
They have even said we have 37 states in Nigeria not 36
This abuja 25% na real bad market for them and BAT is the first candiate to be "winning" the so called majority votes without managing to get 25% in FCT.
BAT even that lost his home state, lost Lagos

They forgot Abuja in their plans while focusing of Rivers and other Obi strongholds

Hello, sir. People staying in Abuja doesn't have any special abilities to give so much importance that a presidential candidate must attain 25% there.
So long the candidate attain 25% in at least 24 states (Abuja is categorised as "State" in this context), he is good to go. So far, only Tinubu has met this requirements and he also has the highest number of votes. What else do you need.

(b) he has not less than one-quarter of the votes cast at the election in each of at least two-thirds of all the States in the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

(2) A candidate for an election to the office of President shall be deemed to have been duly elected where, there being more than two candidates for the election-

Throwback:
You are saying the same thing.

The pool from which you can secure the necessary 25% is all 36 States and the FCT.

So your pool is 37.

2/3 of 37 is 25 states.

Tinubu already secured 25% in 28 states.

As it stands:

1. Atiku and Obi, twelve (12) states;

Tinubu = ten (10) states but winner.

2. Tinubu meeting Constitutional spread and should be declared winner. Except for the FCT issue.

Illiteracy is a disease.

Just look at an unlearned man translating the constitution wrongly.

No wonder there is this popular opinion that some of you are underage.

FCT is counted as a state. You dont need to set it aside. Once you pull the required 25% in 24 state. And have the majority vote. That all !

You are not INEC, a winner needs to get 25% in 24 state plus 25% in FCT.
Falana is not a constitional lawyer, rather charge and bail. Have you seen Falana at any election tribunal? E get why!
They even misquoted Falana. What Falana said is that you dont have to win FCT which is correct

But you see that 25%, its a must-have

GeneralPula:
Tinubu already got 25% across 24 states requirements..

Had it been tinubu had 25% in 23 states, and still didn’t make 25% in FCT, then it means he didn’t get the 25% in 24 states requirements, and their will be a rerun..

If tinubu had 25% in 23 states and make 25% in FCT, then it means he has met the 25% in 24 states requirements..

If tinubu had 25% in 24 states, and didn’t make 25% in FCT, then it means he has met 25% in 24 states requirements as well.. ( This is is situation exactly )

So 25% is not a must to win in FCT. But if you have 25% in FCT, Inec would add it to the states you met 25% requirements..

That’s how it is..
