Not as they portray it, definitely you will have those who are absent on the day of their documentation, those who will be late on that day, those who have already gotten another job not necessary that they are fake names.

There is ongoing underground replacement ongoing at Federal Civil Service Commission. Those that collected were captured by IPPIS that same day. I have been trying to upload the Pictures but keeps failing.

NCC and AMCON also did some replacement last week.

NIPOST gave out some APLs, However, more ApLs will be dish out. If you have connect you can push.

Most A agencies will soon do some replacement before minsters settle.....

what most ppl forgot is that..this recruitment was suppose to be replacement initially becus last year the pressure was much on the CG that the number of people waiting for replacement were much. The CG has to send for approval to recruit 5000 so as to accommodate more people. This is the reason why few were called. That's why NSCDC did not even border to advertise for senior cadre.

4] Which agency can Inspector General of Police help someone into?

Yeah I feel you. But I’m only asking these questions for myself. I work in a non-revenue generating agency currently and my annual pay is close to 4m. So I just want to know if NPA is really worth leaving my current place for, seeing as cost of living in lagos(and every other southern state where NPA has office in) is very high. Let me not go and be earning something just a little above my current pay and then bills go choke me for neck.

What they do mostly is they generate fake application code which will be on your invitation letter sent to your mail. Reason for this is to cover tracks because many were complaining that they did screening and were not called. So even during investigation the replacement guys will be seen also as they did screening. Though they have not started calling replacement guys fully, till after this

It saddens us to note that despite fulfilling all the necessary requirements, none of us were considered as successful applicants. We diligently prepared for and passed the examination, and subsequently traveled to Minna Zone D from our various Local Governments risking our lives for the physical screening and certificate verification. However, to our dismay, not a single one of us among the kwara State applicants were deemed eligible for the positions we applied for.

This blatant disregard for the rights and abilities of the kwara state applicants raises serious concerns about the integrity of the recruitment process. We believe that the principles of fairness, merit, and equal opportunity should guide such processes. However, the nepotism displayed by the CDCFIB Board in this instance suggests otherwise.

we implore you to investigate this matter thoroughly. We seek your intervention to ensure that justice is served and that the recruitment process is conducted in a transparent and unbiased manner. We have faith in your commitment to upholding the principles of good governance and fairness.

Thank you in anticipation of your prompt attention to this matter. We are hopeful that you will take the necessary steps to address our concerns and restore our faith in the system.
