If you paid through one of them, hold that person well. If not, they'll frustrate you for paying the normal price and they'll even say passport no dey. Corruption is in that place abeg

That's how it is done here in Abeokuta. The passport will be returned to you after capturing

I've submitted my documents at the abeokuta office, i made copies of the necessary form to fill and got a folder for my files as instructed by the officer.
The whole submission process took me just 30mins, but the surprising thing is my old passport was retained, i thought it was just for sight seeing which was meant to be given back to me afterwards but the officer said no when i asked for it (don't know if that's the new procedure).

Capture date: 22 Aug.

Abeokuta is really becoming populated lately with most people from Lagos axis. That's why ur capturing date is far and for the PPT, it will be retained till the day u capture.

If you applied for renewal and captured in or before June 16th u can pls proceed to obtain your passport. (Abeokuta)

Well depending on the location u chose. If you selected Abeokuta, my advice is for you to go very early cause the first set of people they always attend to everyday are the backlogs (those that their capturing date have passed) and about interview and capturing I doubt if there is a difference since you've submitted your docs before now.
