Am still wondering why cement prices in Nigeria is very high compared to other countries with high cost of living.
Are they really producing cement in Nigeria or are they still importing it.
China minimum wage is about 400000 to 500000 naira but 50kg of cement is sold at 2100 to 2300 naira. Why would the cost cement in Nigeria be as high up to 5000 naira, that is ridiculous.
Maybe they are not producing locally as they claimed.

You are just assuming that the airport is located at otuocha, right? The airport is along Onitsha-Awka express way between umunya and Nteje but more inward from road. The airport is even more closer to umunya than to Umueri even though the land belongs to umueri. It will take you more than hour to drive from Asaba to Ojoto but it will take you roughly 30mins to drive from Anambra airport to Ojoto.

Some of this Anambra people are just being stupid, that is why you see them running to Asaba to build house even when they are not comfortable over there. You see them every morning and evening struggling to cross the niger bridge creating more traffic jam for the traders who travel from far away from different states to Onitsha to purchase goods.

Delta state government doesn't take it likely with them because they do build indiscriminately. Imagine building on a reserved area, Delta state government will come and brush it down immediately.
I remember when Delta state government demolition most of their building around the Asaba Airport area, non of them complain. But if it's Anambra state government, they will start shouting 'government egbugo anyi oo'!!!.
That's why they ended up using buildings to compress all the roads in Anambra.

You need to come to Maiduguri or Yola and see how dualized and beautiful their roads are. We might have better and beautiful houses than them but for road network, they are far ahead us.

Why can't soludo build dualized roads for us.

N/B Rivers State has never been in the South East region before, they were put together in the Eastern region as a means to put all minorities amongst one of the major ethnic group. Name the Igbos tribes that if caved out the remaining part of Rivers won't be up to 30percent.

Rivers state is Igbo state. 75-80% of Rivers LGA are Igbo. Forget the fact that they are not carved into south East states, that's politcs for you. I am not denying the facts that there are other tribes in Rivers state mixed with the Rivers Igbos but those other tribes are few and not significant that's why I said Rivers state is Igbo state. If Rivers Igbos are carved back into the south East as it was earlier, other tribes that are not igbos is not up to 30%.

So your point is that they are rooting for Obi because they are Igbo?
