How come amongst the ethnic groups that are usually
attacked in the north, why is it that igbos are mainly
attacked? This is due to their domineering attitude, urge
to dominate other ethnic groups and the lack of respect
they have for the host community of anywhere they find
themselves. For instance, let's use Lagos as a case
study. Lagos is the home of Yoruba/Awori/Ijebu people
and even when lagos was conquered by the British in
1861 from King Kosoko was it an igbo territory? Was the
name Kosoko an igbo name? Were they any igbo
indigenous communities in lagos then? If No, why call a
man's land no man's land? Can a yoruba, edo, urhobo or
hausa call any part of igboland no man's land simply cos
he was allowed to thrive in that land?

Microsoft headquareters is in Seattle, Washington while Cocacola is in Atalnta Georgia. If these companies were in Nigeria, they would be in Lagos and Lagos only. They could only venture into ogun state owing to it's closeness to lagos. We operate like the united Kingdom where almost everything is centered in London. This means that other states have to carve a niche for themselves to be taken seriously by organizations. Calabar has done that with tourism. For some reason, Calabar is the most popular city after Lagos, Abuja and Porthacourt despite the fact that interms of development, Enugu beats it imo.

Thanks for bringing this up. Nigeria was not built like America. Unlike America, Nigeria is a one city state where the federal government decides where develops and where doesn't.

Enugu and Owerri don't have anything UNIQUE to offer Leo Stan Eke of Zinox apart from the fact that they are cities in Igboland where he comes from. We must desist from this emotional request for investment. people should be made to invest because they have something to benefit and not because they owe it to Igboland. Do you think if Enugu was on the same level with lagos, Igbos would rather invest in Lagos? I don't think so. They're in Lagos for a reason. We can keep lying to ourselves as much as we want. They didn't 'believe in themselves', they sat back and soaked in all the blood their fellow western Europeans were drenching from all over the globe. Those people are rich by default, Switzerland is basically ethnically French and German, Austria is Germanic, so they can afford to be landlocked, especially with their disposition allowing foreigners to amass mounds of wealth in their countries with no questions asked. You can't compare Austria and Switzerland to Igboland.

Food and lack of access to the sea/port is what killed Biafra, it's the same reason why people are running away and building castles in foreign lands. Until there is a viable port in Igboland, Igbo people won't come back and that's just practical.

Before British colonisation there was no knowledge of any Israel or Jewish origin anywhere in Nigeria. I've told you that the so called cultural links are very generic and can be found in cultures around the world and Igbo people have had their genes analysed and there is no relationship with them and the Middle East, in fact the Igbo are unsurprisingly closely related to people around them, there is no single trace of genetics from Israel, such that has been found in other ethnic groups confirmed to have Jewish ancestry like the Lemba people and Ethiopian Jews. We're trying to tell you that are many communities in Igboland that not only recognise Nri, but are completely oblivious to who they are or what their history was, therefore how can a people be the cornerstone of Igbo cultures when they are so diverse and so many?

Even if all you said about Nri were true, the point remains that the things Arochukwu introduced later on became more relevant to the communities they influenced, such as ekpe and okonko. Still, Nri influence from just 1000 years ago does not inform us of the origin of the Igbo people, if that is what you're getting at, because there is evidence of cultures that have existed in Igboland thousands of years before Nri.

This is one of the reasons why I hate this Jewish link theory, you people don't actually realise that you are belittling yourselves by attaching your origins to a people that are not only younger than you but received the information for them to build their civilisation several millennia after you.
