these are some of the things dat cause havoc in marriages because they didn't spell out what they both
want and not wen they were courting..they would start laying down rules a day to their wedding or on d d-day
and dey find it difficult to adjust to the new systems.

i know of a family, both husband and wife works in bank
the husband gets home lands his asss on d sofa and watch tv
while the wife rushes to kitchen prepare dinner, selects clothes for both of them, takes care of the only child they have.
after dinner, hubby goes to bed..
early in the mrg, the wife is up, taking care of the baby, prepares fruits for the hubby and hersef, prepares bath for the hubby too
thereafter wakes d hubby to take his bath and prepare for work.

now, the hubby is fat with protruded belly while the wife maintain size 10 and looking hot
pple would now say haaa, marriage is good o, ur wife is taking care of u... and u are getting obese by the day

no marriage is perfect, as we humans too
you should be ready to accept ur partner's baggage, imperfection and flaws.
marriage comes with lots of challenges
most people you see claiming happy marriages have one or two issues they are battling with.

the most important things are understanding, love, efficient communication, support for each other, tolerance, etc

in marriage, u sacrifice a lot, u leave ur comfort zone to please ur partner, u stop some habits, cut off some friends, etc

above all, pray before you venture into marriage..when you get a personal conviction to marry someone, follow it, follow ur heart
and let God minister to you. i don't believe in writing names for pastors/imams to pray and choose one for you.

marriage is sweet when you marry the right person but that doesn't remove the fact that there won't be challenges and misunderstandng here and there. YOU HAVE TO BE MENTALLY, PHYSICALLY, FINANCIALLY AND SPIRITUALLY READY FOR MARRIAGE. not because u are of age or because ur pals are all marriage.
