There are so many satellites up there moving in geostatic fixed movement relative to the movement of the earth. So many organizations and bodies are broadcasting their signals in ordered, regulated regimes to prevent interference or jamming

The dish will be used to concentrate the signals to a focal point where an LNB is placed to amplify the collected signals which are then passed through a coaxial cable to an appropriate decoder. From the decoder the signals will be translated into the pictures and sounds we capture on our Tv sets.
In all of these, there are no monthly payment of subscriptions

It is disheartening to notice that you don't have some basic Nigeria channels on yet. Channels like NTA stations and state-owned except LTV and 2 from the north. Please try your best to do this, and also include foreign news stations like BBC World and Aljezera English.
Since you have started test transmission for a while, you aught to have improved beyond this.

Drop all analogue brain working for you and please use digitally-minded people.

You should also try to have a website, at least, for feed-back.

back of dish. guys, i was able to nail the tp given here for this bird, and i blindscanned and got several stations, but no AIT. is AIT still on nigcomsat, or has the station left?

Best way to track nigcomsat 42 east...it is so simple. make sure ur dish is properly plumbed. Then track dstv 12245h27500 and get the highest signal. Then input nigcomsat frequency 12518/12612h29500... bring dish slowly and u will hit green easily. It is very easy. make sure ur lnb is in right position. put it 3pm.
I bet u u won't spend 5 mins at all.very simple

What u are getting with that tp are startimes channels eg trace sports, star tv etc.from that position keep moving your dish to the left side with that HD sport tp 11803v27500. Cavs v Warrios 6pm game3 Replay today @HD sport!

Maybe I'm not getting HD sport because I'm in port harcourt. Probably need a bigger dish. Btw, did they later show the game 3 replay? I saw the game on youtube. What a frenetic pace! What a game! I suspect game 4 will even be hotter
