Nollywood actor, Chidi Mokeme, on Thursday
suggested that any Ebola patient who tries to escape from containment centres be shot at sight.
Mr. Mokeme, who spoke via Twitter, said such a
person was a “suicidal mass murderer and
#WMD (Weapon of Mass Destruction).” “If u’re
a primary or secondary #Ebola #Suspect and u
escape from #quarantine, U’re a Suicidal mass
murderer and #WMD. Yes? #ShootAtSight” he
wrote.

The actor stated this, following reports that one
of the nurses, who had contact with Patrick
Sawyer, the Liberian-American first diagnosed
with the deadly Ebola disease in Nigeria, had
escaped surveillance in Lagos.
The woman, who went to Enugu, has since been
returned to Lagos along with her husband. Mr.
Mokeme urged Nigerians to take any person with
symptoms of the disease to the nearest
quarantine camp to curtail the spread of the virus
in Nigeria.

The Kwara State government has ordered
the immediate closure of Kiddies hospital- a
private health facility in Ilorin, the state
capital over suspected Ebola Virus
contamination.
Announcing the closure of the hospital, the
Senior Special Assistant to the Kwara State
governor on public health, Professor
Sunday Opabola and his counterpart in the
secondary health, Dr Ibrahim Gambari said
the seven months old baby suspected to
have contacted ebola virus has already
been isolated and quarantined at Sobi
specialist hospital.
According to Professor Opabola the
suspected baby girl came into the state
with her mother as visitors from Ibadan,
Oyo state.
He explained that upon their entry into the
state in August the child was taken to the
hospital on malaria case ,adding that after
the baby spent three days on admission and
there was no sign of improvement, the
doctor treating him reported the case to the
ministry for prompt action.
He said after close examination, the
patient’s vomit was discovered to have
traces of blood in it, which was taken and
sent to Lagos for laboratory examination.
He said “if not of the situation on
ground ,malaria ,cholera and other cases in
babies can come with such symptoms like
that of Ebola virus.”
He said the state government can not take
chances, hence the reason the hospital was
closed down and surveillance put in place
to prevent any possible spread.
He said the state government has already
ordered the purchase of Ebola test machine
from Abuja and it is to be installed at the
Harmony Diagnostic centre, Ilorin.
He added that the state has created three
isolation centres at Sobi Specialist Hospital,
Ilorin, Omu-Aran general hospital and the
general hospital, Okuta.

My question goes thus, to those who have the knowledge, have earned with it and have gained a lot of information

C used for - Memory, System, Utility in short deals with system programming (let me use that word)
Java - Organization's stuffs like payroll and desktop programs etc.

Please explain what I don't know, can java do what c and c++ do, and is there any abilites java can't do and c family
