Less Dan 72hrs to the maiden edition of Dogwalk2015 and we can all feel the hype in d air but we need to get sm things straight pls.
1- No female dogs on heat should be brought
2-No aggressive dog would be allowed
3-All handlers shld endeavor to bring along LEASHES and MUZZLES
4- 1 dog, 1man. you are not allowed to walk more Dan one dog at a time.
5- No 2 dogs would b allowed to walk side by side. A reasonable distance must be kept.
6- No unbalanced dog would be allowed, if it's ur mongrel that can do well with the presence of other dogs pls bring it.
7- Those that would be sharing the same vehicle with people shld keep their dog muzzled through the journey down to the destination.
NOTE: All dogs are invited and this isn't a show of class, breed, pedigree or pureness. Let us try and send the right message out to the public that day.
Glucose, water and the likes are readily available for your canines but for u abeg u go sort urself out(just kidding). The programme is for the dogs and their safety, upkeep and making sure the programme runs smoothly is out greatest concern.Updates would continue........

I saw a pop-up notification on the school site today that deadline is August 1 -- that's even an extension. To be on the safer side, don't wait until that date or close to it. I think the deadline is for completion of application.

I invited a friend who's a dog whisperer. He handled the dogs for a whole day n now they're comfortable with the chain. he advised me to keep the chain on for 2-3 weeks before I take it off so that they'll be used to it. He also showed me some ways to pamper the pups. Turned out we weren't really handling them properly .
He strongly advised against whipping them pups

Well I did reply and fortunately he apologised. You'll agree with me that the more people we convert by changing their perception about dogs the better. Again. I think Rotts are lovely breeds if given the right upbringing. We're doing just that, it's a family dog and so far so good. Interestingly, I've already booked my next puppy, a rottie, from @knyte.

Your dog does not have the ability to differenciate between and intruder and a visitor... We have a Rott and it barks at anything movable that it is not familiar with...

Rott is very aggressive and destructive in nature... The part i hate so much abt the dog is the destructive aspect of it...

Certain things were nt done that made ur dog the way it is. Dogs re generally meant to protect the territory but for d destructive nature of ur dog,ur dog is bored and needs to be exercised mentally and physically.
