So I think it's about time to have a thread each dedicated to the passion one has for such breed. It's no news am a rottweiler fan and wld love to see other people not only own a rottie but handle one quite well cos we all know for u to own a rott u need to b Stern and disciplined in administration of correction making him knw u d pack leader from a very young age.
And as for breeders, don't just post pictures, price tags and parent pics but help potential rottie owners have a feel of the temperament of the dog, ways to care for it and such. So let's get our groove on

1) Is there any difference between a GSD and Alsatian

2) Is it possible to cross a GSD with a local dog

No sir deres no difference Btw a German Shepherd and an Alsatian, they're the same.
And yes it's possible to cross a gsd with a local dog but the question is why? It. Wld ruin d genetic makeup and wat a breeder shld stand for. Breed for excellence

He was raised with very little human interaction....he rarely got to know other people, my kid brother used to tie a spare tire to his collar and he ran around with it,making him incredibly strong, he has cut 2 collars, we now use cloth collars now, the attacks rarely exceed a minute before he is pulled off, but the results r devastating! The unlucky people wher outsiders that came to work in the compound, we lucky they didn't sue, but medical bills leave a deep hole in the pocket.

Sorry about d injuries.. U can still socialize ur dog but if u scared of him already maybe it's best to sell him off to smone who can handle him. Am a die hard rottie fan so I can understand ur story to an extent

It doesn't go down to rottie owners alone but all dogs in general. Socialization goes a long way for d owner and d dogs themselves.

My dog appetite has reduced by 70 percent and he is not as active and playful as he use to be before.

When did the appetite loss start? Cos as u said, up to 70percent isn't a good tin. I assume ur dog shld b registered to a clinic so u can consult with ur vet by just placing a call tru

who told you that it the smaller the cage wider it becomes because he/she will get uncomfortable then anger will enter followed by aggression and boom you have one hell of dog. Rot that's 2yrs don't bark in a new envaro is nothing to be worried abt its because she has left he territory let me ask you this question has she mark your house I mean piss and scratch the floor if she has done that you don't need to worry if she has not she is still getting use to your plc,my baby started braking at 9month, at 5month she was scared of some dogs, cars,shovel,keke,bike it took me 1month to take that out of her at 7month she became dominant towards dogs (rot,co,gsd,our dogs)she always fight for their territory at that same age she has cut 2 puppy chains and a dog belt which made me to buy gate chain for her them no born am well make she cut am if she do na tiper chain I go use, she is master mind in losing her collar soaking it in water and start chew it and a escape artist from her cage a wooden cage she pours her drinking water on the door or body of the cage which made the wood soft and start biting at 8month she started barking a little and 9month she is pro

With an heavy heart am putting my female rottweiler and female Gsd for sale due to issues that can't be explained here. Tessy my female rottweiler is 12mnths old and sheba my female Gsd is 21mnths old and wld b on heat season soom(last litter was march).
These dogs re not been sold for any health issues but for the fact that both can't coexist with themselves and I just have to let them go after trials upon trials in letting dem coexist. If u must get a rott as a newbie,don't take the male 1st,u can cope with the female but she must be a puppy and u must be strict in bringing her up,no mercy when she breaks a rule
