And also, does Unilag require transcript before admission or after admission? Thanks.

Ede's HND form is not out yet. And OAU candidates are already sending in their transcripts. If you haven't obtained DE, kindly do so as soon as possible. Cheers �

Please who has registered without scanning statement of result or OND certificate? I don't have mine yet. I want to know if I can still apply without the proof for now.

Or, will semester results (print outs) work fine as proof instead of notification of result/certificate.

Your scores just weak me. Una take bot write this jamb so? On the other hand, change your institution, nothing will affect your chances. In fact, if there's a course named Vice Chancellor Engineering, you'll still be admitted... Just saying though. Congratulations

Hello, I graduated from The Federal Polytechnic, Ede with Distinction (3.61) in Building Technology. I'm planning to make Unilag my most preferred institution in this year's Direct Entry. What are my chances of gaining admission with those favourite kids (YabaTech students)? And I hope my school (Fedpoly, Ede) is not in Unilag's blackbook?

Ordinary maths I never know kon get C6 for Waec. How will I now offer f/maths? I no do o. My o'levels isn't that great. 2B3s, 4C5s, and 3C6s.

State university is a "No go area" for me. Financial issues. Although I know admission is sure there. I also want lesser competition. OAU (distinction and upper), Unilag (distinction only). By the way, na only God I sabi wey dey run free admission.

last year I dashed Jamb free money. I applied for DE with three semester result. I didn't bother to further since they introduced screening. I no fit kon waste another 7k+ for OAU DE.
This year, Unilag all the way. Building Technology. Distinction (3.61). Can't tell if it's strong enough.

It is not about how better, it's all about securing an admission. If there was funds, going abroad or a state/private university will be your first choice.

Awon ara South Campus. First of all, congratulations on your result. My advice is that the federal school most closest to your polytechnic will surely consider you first (based on past experiences). Which makes OAU your nearest doorstep to seek admission. Unilag only takes Distinction, will you try them? (though you'll face stiff competition from Yabatech students)
