So, I created a new Gmail account. I coined something similar to the one that was blocked and messaged both of them saying I didn't hear from them and hoped we could meet in the middle if the price was too much for One said he will do $250 and the other said $225. The $250 didn't pay but the $225 responded well so I sold it to him. Guess what, he cancelled the transaction two days later cos of Dan. Dan sent a message to him about Epik so he thought it was a scam. I spent days convincing him that it wasn't (you can imagine the pain I felt thinking my village people are after me).

there's no problem if you don't add it. Just that your info (name, email, address, phone etc) will be made available when anyone checks the WHOIS of your domain name. It's best you avoid registrars that doesn't offer WHOIS privacy for free, or if you must use them, register brandables there since you'll most likely not be outbounding the domain name.

I wonder how you people do this, I have sent over 1000 outbound mails, and 3 follow ups on my 4 domains yet no single response. Even a simple no not interested will make me happy, yet none.
Abeg make una help me check what is wrong with these domains:

I don't know why someone will want to take no1 from you except the person is the DA of Chicago. Or am I reading it wrong? That's meant for the District Attorney. They're government officials to begin with. They are mostly prosecutors and solely have the government's interest at heart. You didn't do your assignment well.

For the other three, keep sourcing leads. Above all, research and hunt for more names. Don't give up! Your next purchase may be the next sale.

It still beats me how Netsol manages to offer .coms below the registry price, especially when the vast majority will not renew there.

That company is just off it. To believe they've been in existence for a long time baffles one. They're not in per with the rest at all. They're way backwards. You get to pay for everything, even for forwarding (a good way to show proof of ownership, I'm still looking at how one can achieve showing proof of ownership of names on Netsol).

A short story about the sale. My initial BIN was $800. After outbounding, someone asked if I would take $400. I came online to get the popular letter where you state you've accepted, the price has changed...blah blah


Oga no do anything. Lol. 72hrs later, I changed the price back to $800. Then during Black Friday, I reduced the price to $475, I followed up, no one responded including my guy that showed interest.


Of recent, when I saw Learner47's reports with sales letters and one end of the year offer letter, I thought of contacting only him first with a combo of the sales letters before reaching out to the rest. I tweaked the letter, sent it to him and he responded by offering $200 on DAN. I countered with $250, he countered with the SP and I accepted. He paid in less than 4hrs.


Don't give up. Keep contacting them. It's obvious the first contacts hardly lead to sales. Keep it going!

Go back again, read from 1 - 100, you'll get the basics, sales letters, sales reports and the likes. Then continue with the last 100 pages. Subtract 100 from the page you're reading this.

Don't forget to lay your hands on some names and try to outbound.

I noticed your question earlier on. You need to go through the thread from page 1. To fast track things, check the profile of the OP. You have a long way to go regarding some info. As per your question, my domain is parked at DAN, and the response you saw was from an outbound.

For those using netsol, is it advisable to use netsol free protection for one month and deactivate it before their monthly charges take effect?

Netsol just tire person. You can use it though. But you'll still be spammed! I have a belief that Netsol are the ones intentionally giving direct access to those developers to contact you. I get lots of unsolicited calls (mostly missed calls) daily on my GV number. I hope I don't miss a sale with this. And my email isn't left out either. Some go ahead to send messages to my WhatsApp. Very few contact me via SMS. They're mostly Indians.

All in all, if you can change your details (email especially) to something non-significant, please do.

It's sad to announce keywordin/com domain builder website has been acquired by Seoscout. It just occurred recently because I still used the tool few days ago.

I have always known about domain flipping for a long time till I got a better view and understanding of this NL thread last year. I took action late last year and bought a couple of domains (geos first, then brandables afterwards). About this sale, it came just when I needed the motivation. The buyer wasn't amongst the set of end-users I outbound to. All thanks to God. I'm a victim of grace, I needed it, and it found me.

I got his (buyer) inbound offer of $200 on Epik last month, whereas my bin was $600. He also begged that I helped him with his business by agreeing to $200. I countered with $300, and he went mute. Later that day, I checked my watchlist on ED and noticed someone had registered the ORG extension. It is my habit to always monitor my geos even after registration on ED. I checked the whois info and saw it was registered the same day the offer came in. I thought I had driven him to register that extension instead.

So as not to spook him and end up ruining the sale, I made up my mind to only follow up after a week with a follow up to other end-users plus the new interested user. I was preparing to outbound the week he sent another new offer of $200, so I agreed and moved on to get my motivation. He paid a few hours later.

Thanks to everyone who has participated immensely in the success of this thread, from the OP Iyke to cdor777 (he reignited my interest in domaining) to Ikhalyfah (he guided me through the steps and replied promptly too, I'm super grateful bro) and to those I can't mention their monikers. Na still the same. Head over to the market place to change your price to what he offered. Then edit the template accordingly. Eg. if he offered 350, tell him you were considering 400 - 650 but will take 350 for only today. That's all. I hope to read your sales message soon.
